- Hostel - the hostel which i opted BH-1 was the best hostel among all , the maintenance, the cleanliness and the mess food was also above expectations
- As the campus is not ao big so you don't have to walk more for classes
Dislikes
- The timings - For first year students,they are allowed to go outside their hostels till 10 p.m. only , the same is for girls of all years
- Fests - i didn't liked the fest because of its management
Course Curriculum Overview :
The course curriculum is not that tough you can score really well if you study seriously for two or three weeks. There are labs and workshops to prepare you for industries. The concern is of schedule of classes, from 8:30 a.m.to 5:30 p.m. you are busy in your classes there is less time for other activities. There are two exams in a semester one is midsem and other is wnd semester exam , other than this there are several quizzes that depends on faculties
Placement Experience :
From 6th or 7th semester you become eligible for campus placement. There are many big companies like flipkart , reliance etc visits every year. Along with private companies some PSUs like HPCL,BPCL comes for placement.highest package ever offered in this collegw was in 2022-23 was 1.2 crores, the average package ranges from 8 to 10 lakhs for core branches like mechanical,chemical etc and 10 to 13 for circuital branches. This year mechanical and chemical engineering observed 100 percent placement. I want to go for masters after completing my degree
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
There is no specific yearly hike in tution fee. The total cost of 4 year btech program will be around 10 to 12 lakhs include hostel and mess charges. But there are fee waiver based on yearly income of genera and obc candidates .while for sc/sts there is no tution fee.
Campus Life :
There are two Major fests that occur here. The cultural fest is UTKANSH in march and the annual Tech fest is TECHNITI in September or October. There is a central library which has all the required books for every branch. Classroom are well equipped with ACs , smartboards an projectors.there are two main playgrounds in the campus there is one football ground. Two cricket ground , two basketball 3 volleyball one lawn tennis and many badminton courts. There are many student rin clubs and societies.
Hostel Facilities :
In the first year in one room there are 4 students. In that room there are 3 almirah and one locker .there are 3 study tables.in some hostel the food quality is good and in some the quality is not good. Complete registration for hostel is online.
Admission :
The admission is completely based on the rank got in JEE MAINS. You can apply for jee mains from nta. Application fee at my time was 1000 rupees. The application process starts in November December. Jee mains is held twice a year. One in January and other in April.
Faculty :
In our college , in my branch there are 81 students but still you can interact with faculties without any hesitation, faculties are really helpful and supportive. But some of them are not that good. You can approach any faculty easily.
