A lush green campus with lots of clubs and lot of new things to explore. Very supportive and cordinative teachers

Dislikes

The academic curriculum is tough and the attendance criteria is also very strict.

Course Curriculum Overview :

Instrumentation is a branch that deals with the signals and circuits so I was more attracted towards it so I joined it and also their is so much practical thing ... The frequency of exam is every 2 months mid sem and sem and level of exam is medium to difficult.

Class Size : 115Course Fees : INR 260000 per year

Internships Opportunities :

There are too many roles such as manager executive employee depending upon your skills the internships vary in the range of 40-70k depending upon the role that you are offered. There are too much projects also to work on in college as well as in internship

Placement Experience :

Placement of the college is quite good average package of the college is around 14 lpa and it provides good intership opportunities to its students as well lots of companies visits the campus for the placement

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

The tution fee is based upon the income of the family there are many criteria for it income less then 5 lpa 1 lpa and 10 lpa. Usually the fees range is between 5-10 lpa including the hostels. There are various scholarships also for the students

Campus Life :

There are two major fests in our college utkansh and techniti where as there minor fests also such as Bharat dhwani. there are two libraries books are easily issued. the classroom are fully air conditioned there are lots of clubs and societies for various activities.and sports clubs are also there.

Admission :

The eligibility is by giving the entrance exam that is jee and acording to your rank you get the desired branch application form is available on nta website and it starts from November month there are so much benifits for reserved candidates.

Faculty :

1:20 faculty to students ratio a good learning experience The faculties approach is to teach students in a very practical way not focusing on cramming The interaction is is very often they are like our parents

Course Curriculum Overview:

I was doing bachelor of Technology in computer science. Starting from the classroom to the computer labs , everything is available and well maintained. You learn programming and languages with the help of faculty and for every student there is computer available with all equipments. In a week, there are 3 days of computer lab practice and 3 days for classwork. The professor tests and skills very often and if there is any inefficiency , he/she will help you to correct it. The curriculum at Shaheed Udham Singh College of Engineering and Technology is thoughtfully designed to provide a comprehensive education that balances theoretical foundations with practical applications. Placement Experience:

In- campus placement is not that good it is below average as they have taken way too many admissions their placements are not even to rely on they dont provide with good companies coming for selection average placement in CSE in 3-4 lpa they focus on theoretical knowledge more than the practical knowledge so no students are ready for the placement criterias and at last they fail as predicted

SLIET: A Modern Gurukul

Placement Experience:

From 7th sem for the degree and 6th for the diploma and 4th sem for the Mtech Students. Placements are about average and this year 2023 the placement ratio is growing faster and about 70 percent of the students from each branch got at least an average package. 20LPA is the highest in the history of SLIET offered by Microsoft. I have already been placed in HCL and Cognizant-like MNCs. So focus on the only job now.
