Course Curriculum Overview :

I choose this course because I am very passionate about construction and roads. In out college ever basic facilities is available and all labs are well equipped with modern equipment and which helps us to knowledge about new technologies. In our college field work should also can be added for better understanding. Total 3 exam in one semester end sem is quite hard.

Class Size : 36Course Fees : INR 500000 per year

Internships Opportunities :

Project like minor and major is done under the supervision of teacher in which teachers gives you topic to cover and inter is also available like in nhai, il&fs, nividea, etc. they provide good numbers of intern program

Placement Experience :

From 7th semester a student is eligible for placement. A quiet good company is visit our college for placement companies like adobe, Samsung, l&t, etc. visit with good number of offer. This sem highest on campus placement is 30lakh and average package of 12lakh approx. 90%student got placed and 10%go for higher studies.my plan is to go for psu.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

The total fee of civil engineering of obc class with hostel fee included is about 62 thousand per semester. There are many kind of scholarships programs available in our college such as NSP, reliance, etc. from our college 3rd year students gets intern with average package.

Campus Life :

Tech fest like prodegeeky is happen in the month of march and cliefsto in month of February. A good number of clubs is available such as sports technical cultural, etc. Every kind of sports is available such as volleyball, basketball, badminton, table tennis, etc.

Hostel Facilities :

Hostel is quiet good but new hostel are absolutely beautiful and the all facilities is available such as geyser water purifier and water cooler. Mess food is not god it is very tasteless and unhygienic. Registers process is soo simple simply you can boom seat on the website. In locality rooms is available approx. 200 meter away with average rent of 3500.

Hostel Fee : INR 240000 per year

Admission :

The eligibility criteria is to get 75%mark in class 12th board exam and have to qualify jee entrance exam with approx. 94percentile aur more for civil course. There is reservation for sc st obc and ews also home state quota is available. The website should improved.

Faculty :

Faculty members are too good in civil departments they are well knowledgeable and all of them are well qualified from IIT and NIT. They are very helpful in nature and helps us to clear our doubt and they also help us personal problem.

Placement Experience:

Eligibility for Placement is semester 7 and 8 which is 4th year. A number of companies visit the campus including HCL foundation, ICICI Bank, Mother Dairy, Godrej agrovet Ltd. Etc. I myself am thinking of going into research field so i'll have to do further studies in the same field.

The placement shows quantity but not quality, in my batch 60-70% students were placed with a highest package of 5lakh per annum and minimum package of 2.4 lakh. As per fees of college the average package seems low.

Placement Experience:

This college has quite good placements for CS students. The average package of the college is 7 lpa which is quite decent. Last year the highest package offered was of 68 lpa at Palo Alto. The eligibility for sitting in placements are : - you should have a CGPA of 7 or above. - you are allowed to sit in placements from 7 semester.

Remarks:

I chose this college women institute of technology which is in Dehradun because it is the only government College which is for girls and it gives them technical knowledge. The college is funded by many government schemes which are very beneficial for us. We have different seminars winners from course in other things also to increase our soft skills as well as other skills. Hair in my 4 year experience I have learnt a lot a lot of things. We get free coaching for MTech i.e GATE classes and other employability training programs and that too free of cost.
