Course Curriculum Overview :

The course is extremely comprehensive. It has been thoroughly inculcated with diverse subjects and courses that make the curriculum extremely beneficial for a student. It focuses a lot of students' holistic development.

Class Size : 132Course Fees : INR 1000000 per year

Internships Opportunities :

For internship, we have a dedicated placement committee for the college who brings up various internship opportunities and live projects through out the year. Also, we are required to go under a compulsory internship program after our third and fourth semester, that is social and corporate internship respectively. Companies for the same brought by the placement committee of the institute.

Placement Experience :

As far as IPM is considered, there is no such record of placement for this course as of now. Although we will be taking placements along with the existing MBA core batch, hence, our packages will be somewhat similar to them only.

Fees and Financial Aid :

The annual fee is 1000000. Based on your performance and need, there's a scholarship. For the fee structure, the first 3 years, BBA cost approximately 20 lakhs where as the two year MBA will follow the same feel structure as existing MBA core batch.

Campus Life :

As far as extra curricular environment is considered, we have a lot of club and committees within the campus. IIM Jammu is the highly student driven college and hence there are a lot of opportunities for the same, that is for holistic growth and development of the student. We have around 10 committees and more than 20 clubs. For cultural activities, a lot of cultural programs for each and every festivals are organized.

Hostel Facilities :

As far as hostels are considered, there is a compulsory accommodation for all the students within the premises. The hostels are provided to the students. They are supposed to paid fees simultaneously with the tuition fees. We also have a really nice mess. In general, the cleaning and staff facilities are really good.

Hostel Fee : INR 200000 per year

Admission :

Eligibility for the exam- JIPMAT is 19-20 years approximately. Exact details are mentioned on the NTA Website each year. From JIPMAT, one can get admitted to either IIM Jammu or IIM Bodh Gaya. Cut off completely depends on difficult level- for general male: somewhere around 330+/400.

Faculty :

For each course we have different dedicated faculty. All the faculties are extremely cooperative. MBA faculties teach IPM students as a result of which we get great experience and knowledge in every term. Faculties are highly approachable.

An In-depth Look at THE BUSINESS SCHOOL, UNIVERSITY OF JAMMU

Course Curriculum Overview:

The timing for classes is from 9:00AM to 5:00 PM which itself helps students to learn how to work for long hours. Also THE DIRECTOR BUSINESS SCHOOL PROF. VINAY CHAUHAN sir also keep on improving the department in many aspects from infrastructure to better technology for students. He aims to have 100% placement in the future which is for students welfare only. There is unique way of engaging students to the course through different and unique presentations and projects which helps students learn better and also help them think beyond the box.

Placement Experience:

since the starting of the Second year at IIM Jammu. The students are eligible for the campus placement. But the companies has different criteria for the eligibility, sometime it may be cutoff based on the campus current CGPA or the major subject selected in the 2nd year by the students. The current avergae package is 1250000 with highest being the 2250000. IIM jammu has the 100% placement records. Admission:

The admission to the course is based on the exam called CUCET which is conducted by the college for masters courses. The admission process is online and students can swatch for the application forms there.

Placement Experience:

Companies like Wipro and Infotech are some of the few which visit the college and have a process of recruitment. In general, the college can improve in the area of placements since not many students are granted placements.

Admission:

We are aware of the fact that MBA is a global course and it has world wide value, i firstly applied online through their official site and then i had to appear for online entrance exam held by the University. CUCET is the online exam based on which the candidates are selected.

Our placement cell never worries us with the placement and never fails to reach 100% placement, they even provide us with good internships with stipend but few without stipend. Admission:

The admission to the MBA programme is based on the CUCET score which is conducted by the college. The minimum eligibility criteria for the general category is 55% marks with a bachelors degree. Same applies for masters in some other field.
