Course Curriculum Overview
The teaching method which is more case based studies. And the curriculum is as per the new guidelines and also covering the industry exposure with lots of guest lectures which help in interacting with industry professionals to know about the potential skills and opportunities to be learned also helps in networking.
Placement Experience
The placement are good. But majority of the companies visit are for finance and HR profile. The highest package is around 37LPA and the average is around 6LPA . Around 60% students gets the placement on campus.
Fees and Financial Aid
The college fees for 2022 batch was 400000. The hike on the fees is minimal as it is a government college. So it is regulated by the government only. There are scholarships available for students on which students can avail the scholarship for 100%, 75%,50% fees depends student profile. Around 10 to 12 students get the scholarship. There are opportunities for research and also entrepreneurship as campus have the incubation centre too.
Campus Life
The campus life is bit good as the campus is spread across 160acres. The university provides various festivals and technology programs which allow students to participate and organise activities. The are lots of club which are available according to the interests you can join any club
Admission
For the admission process first we have to appear for CAT. Then we have to apply to the CMAC protal where DTU participate along with the other universities After that a shortlisting is one on the basis of CAT score and educational background. Then we have a GD and PI process. After this rankings are given then the counclling starts accordingly.
Faculty
The faculty to students ration is about 1:12. And the faculty are from best of the schools and have industry experience too. The methodology of teaching in classroom is case studies based. Which help to understand the real practical problems and solutions.
Interview Experience
Gd topic was love marriage vs arranged marriages. The interview questions were only on my previous educational background and some questions were also from current news. I have prepared for these though YouTube and books.
