Course Curriculum Overview :

ECE in new generation is the best course to overcome for technology and science. Without ECE nothing withstand the technology which decide me to choose this task. Some teachers are rude enough which I think should be calm and polite with students other tha they are highly experienced and having high skills. Exams are also taken on time with given syllabus provided.

Class Size : 20Course Fees : INR 50000 per year

Internships Opportunities :

Junior Engineer and senior engineer post is available in various companies who hired the students from our university. ( Trident, Vardhaman textile, HEEL) Minor and major projects are available for students to build their practical knowledge .

Placement Experience :

Placement of our college is also well , students are been placed in tided and Group of Company and many others company like vardhaman textiles college visits their students to several companies for internship and placement 60% of marks are required for students getting placed every year from our university.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

Fee structure is too expensive for other states students which sometimes becomes burden on students nd family. Semester fee - 50000 Hostel accommodation is also for girls UG hostel - 9000 and PG hostel - 11000 Scholarship are also awarded to domiciled students of Punjab and other states students can apply scholarship in their state only

Campus Life :

Many technical fests are performed in the university including annual fest tarannum and zonal youth fest are been performed. Sports is also offered in campus having all sports equipments available in the sports club. Many clubs like eco clubs NCC and NSS are working the university.

Hostel Facilities :

Hostel accommodation is available for boys and girls both for other state and local students if they are 1 km away from university. Meal is good and best with protein diet for students. PG homes are also available nearby the university

Hostel Fee : INR 20000 per year

Admission :

60% percentage is needed in PCM course in the senior secondary or in diploma course from any Institute or university. Application form is available online in the university website only. Reservation details are also mentioned in the university websites. Sometimes previous fee structure are provided by admission cell and then again changes the old to new semester fee after taking admission

Faculty :

All the professors are PhD Doctored and have high experience in teaching which boost our knowledge and skills . Polite ia nature and cooperative with students also help students in many tasks and works. Professor alao cooperated students in there Projects and in certain Scholarship schemes. Also engage students is many co curriculum activities.

I was doing bachelor of Technology in computer science. Starting from the classroom to the computer labs , everything is available and well maintained. You learn programming and languages with the help of faculty and for every student there is computer available with all equipments. In a week, there are 3 days of computer lab practice and 3 days for classwork. The professor tests and skills very often and if there is any inefficiency , he/she will help you to correct it. In- campus placement is not that good it is below average as they have taken way too many admissions their placements are not even to rely on they dont provide with good companies coming for selection average placement in CSE in 3-4 lpa they focus on theoretical knowledge more than the practical knowledge so no students are ready for the placement criterias and at last they fail as predicted

SLIET: A Modern Gurukul

Placement Experience:

From 7th sem for the degree and 6th for the diploma and 4th sem for the Mtech Students. Placements are about average and this year 2023 the placement ratio is growing faster and about 70 percent of the students from each branch got at least an average package. 20LPA is the highest in the history of SLIET offered by Microsoft. I have already been placed in HCL and Cognizant-like MNCs. So focus on the only job now.

My review

Placement Experience:

Placements are quite good in Chitkara. The placement procedure starts in the 6th semester of our college and goes until you are graduated (8th semester). Need to mention that Chitkara holds a record of 100% placement. Every student gets placed here. Companies offer anything between 3lpa - 12lpa. But you need to study a bit for getting placed. Note that college cannot force a company to recruit students. Companies recruit based on tests and interviews that they conduct. My plans after getting a degree will be to work for the company I've been placed in.
