Review of my college

Remarks :

You shouldn't think twice if you're getting admission in GZSCCET Bathinda which now is under MRSPTU PUNJAB. A good chance of being placed, a wonderful and friendly atmosphere to add on with. Overall this college has all what an ideal college should have.

Course Curriculum Overview :

The course structure was brilliant. The labs were arranged once a week. The doubt lectures were there as well, one for every main subject in each week. Talking about the exams, the structure was quite impressive. You've to write sessionals( thouree for every subject in one semester) every alternate month of 6 month semester. The marks which would be included in the final grades was the average of the best of the two sessionals of all the subjects in addition to our of maximum 10 marks of the assignments, out of maximum 6 for the attendance and remaining 24 of the seesionals. This made you prepared and up to date for all your subjects what you have had studied thus far in the subject. Hence decreasing your pressure and efforts during the final examination.

Placement Experience :

Currently I'm working in state government. All credits of the course and college campus' efforts. Undoubtedly, student's vision and hard work has a significant role to play but with the support of college faculty and administration, hard work is just like icing on the cake.

College Events :

Tarannum: Annual Tech Fest of the college which had cultural, literary, technical functions organised under the banner of Tarrannum. Sanrachna: Annual civil engineering festival which was organised by the students of civil engineering only. Technical events were organised under this fest. ASER CAMP LDCEP conference

Fee Structure And Facilities :

Being a government run campus, the fee structure is very much affordable. When I was the student it was 45k for the even semesters and around 50k for the odd semesters which included the hostel fee excluding the mess charges and the exam action fee which was around 700/- (in case you are filling a reappear) then but of course.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

I didn't avail any of those facilities, if there were any. You can check the same on the college's web page. Being a government run campus,it was already very affordable. The campus also provides you with a scholarship if you belong to SC/ST category.

Campus Life :

There is no issues of discrimination on the basis of colour, sex or caste. Everyone is treated equally here. All kinds of workshops are available there with equally good faculty and facilities there. From foundry to forging, metal, electric, wood, they have all.

Hostel Facilities :

I wonderful hostel buildings with very affordable rate of 3600/- for one semester. A clean, friendly, green and happy atmosphere in all the hostels, whether they were old or newly constructed then. I loved to be there in hostel 1 and hostel 4 thourough my degree.

Alumni/Alumna :

Very much helpful my senior batch was. I very fun loving batch it was. We loved being with them. No ragging, we never felt like if we were really their juniors. It was all a wonderful time which was equally well spent with them.

Admission :

I got admission into the college thourough the entrance exam, then called AIEEE. Thourough the online councling process, I got admission into my college. Initially I secured a seat I mechanical engineering which later I transferred it to Civil Engineering paying ?1000/- than the regular fee.

Faculty :

A brilliant faculty who was always ready to help you into and out of everything and anything. The faculty was highly qualified, friendly, understanding and supportive. The faculty was minimum post graduated.

Placement Experience:

I don't have real-time data on specific universities or companies. Generally, campus placement eligibility varies, but students typically become eligible in their final semesters. Companies visiting and offers made depend on the university and its partnerships. For detailed placement information, check your university's placement reports. The highest and average packages, along with profiles offered, are company-specific. You can find this information in placement reports or from your university's career services. The percentage of students getting placements also varies; it's often mentioned in placement reports. As for my plans after getting the degree, I don't have personal
