Remarks :

Good greenery, better environment. Improvements can be done in fields of behavior of college staff, their fine system - it is too harrasing, introduction to new way to enrich students, upgradation in system is working in also required.

Course Curriculum Overview :

Course curriculum is average. As the university is new, so the change in course curriculum is in developing process. Every year something got changed in course, subject, syllabus, and pattern too. Exam structure is classical as all. Have to internal and a final exam.

Placement Experience :

Placement and job opportunities are average. Placement for branches like CSE, EE, ECE are very very good and for others, it is just OK. College provide internship for a month in 1st year. They didn't provide any stipend.

College Events :

The various events celebrated in the college are TARANNUM - Annual Fest, Youth fest at University level, athletic meet of both college and university, Departmental fest (Mechfest, tecfest, sanrachna etc). Fresher party also celebrated in combinebd.

Fee Structure And Facilities :

Fee structure are feasible here. Before 2019 batch, it was almost 55K per semester. Now, it is around 40K per semester which includes all( tution fee,examination fee, medical fee, development fee, traveling charge etc ) except fooding charge.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

Not any scholarships or loan facility are provided by college. But, students get scholarships through various state government, of where they belong to. Many scholarships are also given by various NGO and society on the basis of performance or any other criteria.

Campus Life :

Extracurricular activities like labs are only better for 1st year students after that the conditions of labs are bad. Most of the Instruments and machines are not in working condition. They are very old so they also get outdated. Sports facilities are average. Various types of sports are played here and students give better performances.

Hostel Facilities :

Yes, I am hostler. If I have to rate the hostel, I'll give 4 for hostel mess food and 3 for Infrastructure out of 10. Hostel Infrastructure are almost 20 years old or more than that. Also maintenance facilities are very bad, no one gonna hear your any complain about any facilities including sanitation etc.

Alumni/Alumna :

Alumni network is good. College organise alumni meet every year for the better coordination and connection to industry, and various companies through them. Talking about helpfulbess of seniors, it is not well connected.

Admission :

I got admission through state counseling of Punjab government. In 3rd round I got selected in giani Zail Singh campus college of engineering and technology. They also took admission in JEE rank basis.

Faculty :

Faculty are supportive as well as good in teaching style. They support in every way possible, they can. Practical program practice can be improved and do more to learn. They have better knowledgeable about the industry exposure by whom we get better practical season.

Placement Experience:

After 6th semester students are eligible for internship had placements. The companies which generally comes for placements are google, wipro, deloitte, Microsoft, HCL, TCS, LnT, Cisco, Infosys etc are some of the highest recruters in chitkara university.
