I really like the canteen food, its really very nice and hygenic.You get all kind of food.
Infrasturture of the college is very good, we have all the facility that one can expect.

Dislikes

Avalability of busses from our college is a bit few. Yes college bus is available bus the bus timings are not good.
Outside the campus food is not very good as one can expect.

Course Curriculum Overview :

I had choosed my branch because this was the only last option for me to select in curriculam. But now im very much satisfied with how the branch is. My branch is very new and i wasn't expecting that i would get this good facilities. This curriculam prepares us very well in real-world.Our teachers also try preparing us for the real-world. 9-4.30 is our class timings, and in middle he have break of 1.3hrs.

Class Size : 75Course Fees : INR 450000 per year

Internships Opportunities :

My college had helped me get internship from NITK, under the guidance of Dr.Mohit from CS branch. I had a very good time have internship over there, my guide is very good at his work and supported me in every way out. My internship was based on application layer protocol in Internet

Placement Experience :

There are very good placements offered my our college according to my seniors. Average package crossses around 3 lpa i guess. Highest company package was around 57lpa, with pre had stipend to the students. Almoost 90% of students got placed from my branch this year. Im thinking of doing Higher studies after my degree.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

the fees im paying for my course is 4.5 lakhs. We have various reservation scholorships but the thing is the family income must be below 10lakhs. If students are good in studies then also we have scholorships. I have not taking any such campus employements. Honest reply is that i dont know if any college employement is available in our college or not.

Campus Life :

I have not enjoyed my campus life as much as other would enjoy, but i had my college friends who made me joyfull in the college. There is offline and digital library provided by my college. There are very high performace PC and other stuff in my college. There are many sports facility that are provided by my college, many students have gone for inter college and district level sports competations and all. There are many social and other groups in my college, they may be helpfull in the real-world.

Admission :

The admission process was very smooth, i had to go to the admission office with KCET admission form and then from there the process was very good. They had asked me if i can take classes on before hand, but i had said no, because all my classmates were not yet admitted. I had to attempt only KCET exams and no other admission exams were there. No is no such imporovements required in the admission process.

Faculty :

Our faculties are very much classified,almost everyone have completed their Phd and have very good experience wrt teaching. Concept understanding of our faculty are very good, they try to help the students in all the way possible.They insist students in try to inovate something new and say us about have we can get selected to get funds

A good college for only study

Placement Experience:

Placements are good enough for IT fields and you will get a decent amount of package. But if you want core placements we may get a few companies with few jobs so you should be competitive enough to crack these. Last year our college got the highest package of 52LPA. An average package is around 7.5 LPA.

Life at NMIT

Placement Experience:

From 3rd year that means 5th-semester students can be eligible to get placements in the college. IBM, TCS, AMAZON, etc. big companies visited our college for placements. Remarks:

there are no raging so you fill free and no one distribute you while you are studying. normally in our hostel 6-8 pm is a study time then 8'o clock dinner is started after you finish your dinner you can go for roaming in our college campus. after 9'o clock hostel get will be close so all student have to come to hostel on time and again 10'o clock study time start.
