Course Curriculum Overview :
There are only three courses available in this college ( information technology, electrical engineering, civil engineering). IT and EE was good in this college. But CE need to be improved more in teaching. There is need of more branches in this college. Exams are conducted by AKTU and the level of paper was moderate.
Internships Opportunities :
Internship opportunities in the college was low you have try your own for a good internship. college provide internship from 2nd year if you want. For internship you have to fill a form given by college and be ready for a interview.
Placement Experience :
After 5th semester students are ready for placement. The campus placement was not good because very less companies visit to the college and they offer ver low packages of about 4-5 lakh per annum. The highest package was about 27 lakh per annum. Wipro and TCS like company visit to the college and very low percentage of students were placed. Most of the students are preparing for GATE pr any other government exam or for off campus placement.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
Tution fees of the college was about 55500 and the hostel maintenance fees was about 10500 and the mess fees was 30000. Fees of the college was very low compared to private institute. The scholarship amount ( for general category) you will get was 63500. The placement was not good in this college because it offers only 4-5 lakh per annum
Campus Life :
Campus Life was good . There are many clubs and societies are present in the college for students development. Every month 3-4 competition was conducted. And fests was of 3 days and it was very amazing. Events was very good of this college. For study ther is a library where you get all types of books and the library was big where you can study also.
Hostel Facilities :
Hostel facility was good. In the hostel 3 students get one room in 1st year and from 2nd year there is only 2 students in a room. The food was not up to the mark. In hostel you will get a room, chair, table, almirah and a single person bed.
Admission :
For this college you need to give JEE mains exam and after exam you need to fill UPTAC form for councelling. Form for counselling was released after JEE paper. The timing of exam was 3 hour and the paper was moderate if you prepare well. After getting seat in the college you have to appear on the college on date which is given to you by the college with all the documents and fees.
Faculty :
The faculty of rajkiya engineering college, bijnor was very good. All the faculty members are well qualified. You can interact with the faculty very easily. They are always ready to guide you if you need guidance
