Course Curriculum Overview :

i choose this course because i was interested in Technology and coding so Information Technology was best sutable for me which make me think to choose this brach . In our college the faculty to student ratio is 1:30 which is not ideal but it is managable Faulty are highly qualified but some have good teaching but others struggle to explain. Exam are held timely unless there is any problem like covid and and level of exam is easy to midium

Internships Opportunities :

there is no oncampus intership although i got intership in upwork most of the people get free intership from linkdin only for certificate Because most of the people have mindset of not exploring or learning coding

Placement Experience :

Student become eligible for campus placement from 7 sem but average package it low aprox 2laks/annum which make student to prepare for off campus or gate and other examination. 70% student get place considering offcampus also. I am good coder i have already get some offcampus intership in my first year of colllege and now i work on freelancing basis on fullstack web development so i am pretty confident that i will get placed in desent company by offcampus

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

fee is almost same for every year which is equivalent to 55k rupees which is pretty affordable also we get scholorship of 57k which increase by 6k every year. Name of scholorship: UP Scolorship. College also provide fee waver to some student in form of fee waver sits

Campus Life :

There is issue in fest the budge of fest it pretty low which is conducted once in year. You will only get book related to your acadmic in librery. Sports facility is not so good thier is two badminton pitch and a vollyball. thier is nothing like extra curricular in this college although there is some clubs but they donot have facility to operate well. But there are some good clubs for coding like GDSC(Google Developer Student Club) and Punisher(A club by most telented siniors.

Hostel Facilities :

Hostel condition is pretty bad you will get good facilities in only first year hostel after that all 3 boys hostel are in bad condition no one cares about the hostel Food is also not good for all three sinior hostels Hostel and mess fee is aprrox 40k

Hostel Fee : INR 40000 per year

Admission :

the admission process was quiet easy for eligibility for admission is having a rank in joint entrance examination The application form is available on aktu website and application form fees is 1000 rs OBC and sc/st has some benifits in admission

Interview Experience :

for admition we only have to give joint enterance exam main then you are good to go, you need the required percentile to get admistion by aktu councelling and that's it. You do not have to face any GD ,Interview or test

The best thing about our college is the placements. Even the market at this time is not performing that well still our college is able to privide us good campus placements, some good companies with huge packages visits our campus is the Commovault, PaloAulto etc.

Placement Experience:

You are eligible for 3year 5th semester for sitting placements and small companies are coming and every campany has different eligibilty criteria like 75%attandance and 7.5 cgpa mosty good company are demand 7 or above cgpa for placement and average pakage is 5lpa and depends upon your skill set and my plan for after degree is getting a good gob in dream company.

After the VI semester students will be eligible for placement. There are lots of companies like tcs, Microsoft, Google, wipro, etc. The highest package was 55 lpa and the lowest was 3.2 lpa. 90 per cent of students are placed.

Placement Experience:

More specifically if I am talking about placement is that if you want to get good placements in dei that you must maintain your sgpa at least 8 points for you to appear in the placement cell. There are many companies visited in college like torrent power for electrical branch and other for their respective branches. Around 60% of students get their placements through college and it also depends on students' ability and skills. Since I am in the 4th semester so yes from 3rd year students get their training or internship through college to students with good grades. So you must have to maintain at least 8 sgpa for better placements.

Placement Experience:

The placements of the college have been great so far. All the major companies and tech giants like Google, Microsoft, Adobe, AWS, DELL, etc came for placements this year. The average package this year for BTECH students was 8.6 lakhs per annum. Also, the highest package so far has been 44 lakhs p.a. GCET is great for learning and other skill.

Placement Experience:

Placements are good in GCET, Although they vary from time to time. For placements, students are eligible from the 7th Sem. Companies like Direct-I, Samsung, Amazon, Infosys, Wipro, Cognizant, TCS, etc. all visited the campus. The highest package I now am 21LPA buy it can be more. And except recession 60-70%, people are placed. Rest it all depends on students as well.
