they take academics very seriously and are very strict to keep it up

there is almost zero extra curricular activities in this college
no ac in classrooms so almost unbearable to take classes in scorching heat

Course Curriculum Overview

The curriculum if not tough then is also not as easy, but if you pull and all nighter a night or two before exams and surely ace the exams. The internal exams are set between level intermediate to hard. You would have to work on your skill parallel with your syllabus. The faculty although should focus more on skills rather than these syllabus

Placement Experience

You start getting internship opportunities from third year only if you have good skills and knowledge. College trains well for jobs and all. It has training classes from second year itself & has been taking regular coding tests frequently on codetantra for our batch.

Fees and Financial Aid

the fees for first year is 1,50,000 and decreases by 10000 for every next year for the batch 2022-2026 which is a decent amount for any private college, but if clubbed with hostel fee comes on a little costly side.People with jee admissions can avail pretty decent scholarships from aktu

Campus Life

The campus is good. The canteens are average and the menu also is not that vast. There are a very few activities happening once in a while when it comes to fests. There are two libraries, which are pretty decent. Classes have projectors but few of them might not work in some classes. Sports activities are also average. There are few clubs like rotaract glb, navrang etc.

Hostel Facilities

Until this year there was no girls hostel in campus, but they have many pvt hostels in tye area, from this ywar now they also have a girls hostel in campus along with boys hostel. as far as i know the hostel menu and quality for boys hostel sucks. there are many pgs and room in nearby area which might be a better choice

Hostel Fee: INR 125000 per year

Admission

you can take direct admission as well as through ypur jee mains results, the upper hand through counselling you get is that you're eligible for aktu up scholarships.There is no entrance exams as such.

Faculty

The 45% of the faculty is genuine knowledgeable and considerate but the rest are sometimes hard to deal with, would not say teachers are not approachable it only depends upon your attitude towards your studies. I personally have been blessed with good set of teachers

Honest review of KCC college

Placement Experience:

The placement is very bad.mass recruiters like infosys and TCS come to the college . They offer a very low packages like 3 LPA .They also show very high packages for some students which are fake .You cannot expect a good package here .

RECM - Underrated but a great future ahead.

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible to appear for placement from seventh semester. In Civil Engg Dept 40 students enrolled for campus placement and 28 students were offered jobs till the final semester. L&T Infra, Tata Steel, Prism Cement, ACC Cement are some of the prime recruiters. Highest package offered was 7.5 lpa , lowest 4.2 lpa and median was 5.5 lpa. Profiles offered were Project Associate ,BIM Engineer, Site Supervisor, Area Head (Sales). 70% of students got placed in the first batch of this college from civil engg dept. Currently I am serving as Junior Engineer at DFCCIL (Railways).

The highest package goes above the 20lacks lpa and average package goes around 5.5lacks lpa 75 percentage of are getting placed last year . My plan after getting the degree to placed in any multinational company as a developer.

Consider if you are preparing for any exam.

Placement Experience:

The placement cell is not so active and here you will have to prepare for mostly the off campus placement for high paying packages otherwise the average package is 3LPA which may be not meet your expectations. The highest package from this college is off campus palcement. if you are a hardworker and have proper skills and knowledge you will deifnitely get placed . so my suggestion is that to also enjoy your college life but also be a hardworker and become a job creator.

The admission process in this institute is quite satisfactory, my admission is done here by aktu councelling process which was based on my jee mains performance, in this college maximum seats are alloted through councelling process and few are through management quota, for this one can apply on gl bajaj official website or can contact to college after the councelling process ends because some vacant seats are filled through management quota. As a btech student of gl bajaj I suggest the college to provide some more freedom to students ,especially for 1st year students ,also no. of fests and cultural program should increase and dress code system should be removed bcoz it makes us to feel that we are in school life...
