- It is government college. Academic life is good.
Dislikes
- Infrastructure is not good. And hostel are normal not that good.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I always wanted to study electronics and after studying this it makes me aware on buying electronic products and helped me making more informed decision. It also make me aware of current business scenario and electronic industry.
Placement Experience :
From sixth semester we are eligible for campus placements. There are several companies visiting the college including TCS , infosys , Wipro , Optum .The highest package is around 13 lpa , although people apply for off campus placements get upto 30lpa.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
It is government college so fee is approximately 1lac per year for 4 year course and on that 30,000 is for mess 15,000 per semester and government also provide scholarship so approximately 70,000 come back on refund.
Campus Life :
There are several fest among college.there are tech fests ,cultural fest , sports fest. The name for tech fest is technix , cultural fest is anubhuti and sports fest is spardha. You need to get permission from Dean which is very tough.
Hostel Facilities :
The hostel condition was very pathetic. The washrooms were clean but the overall infrastructure was not that great. The room were freshly painted but we're very old . The registration process is very old fashioned everything is on papers. The locality was good as it was within the campus.
Admission :
I took AKTU exam at that time . Now I think it's been changed to JEE Mains. you need to be very strong in maths physics and chemistry to crack this exam . The preperation for jee mains will be suffice to crack this exam
Faculty :
Most of the faculty are PhD and M.tech and the professor and assistant professor as well. Faculty student ratio 1:6 and the learning experience was good and practical orientated. Sometimes their PhD student come for teaching.
