Teacher are very attentive and we get to learn a lot of new things attendance is mandatory so that no one can bunk the classes classes are help properly and students are told to wear id card daily there is strict role for every one in the campus ....

Dislikes

Topics are not explained very well hostel timing is very less they should increase it warden is not supporting at all they just make us run here and there no work is done properly poor teaching facilities are provided and they are not even good .....

Course Curriculum Overview :

MSc biotechnology is a very good field and Amity University Lucknow provides a great opportunity for us to study about it in detail, teachers are very supportive and they teach us each and everythings they always tells us the benefits of doing an MSc biotechnology they tell us that there is very good opportunity in future for us to do good things in our career.

Class Size : 21Course Fees : INR 150000 per year

Internships Opportunities :

There have been no companies and roles offered till now because we are in the second semester and after the fourth semester companies will visit us and they will provide us with the internship. We are doing a summer internship at our college itself.

Placement Experience :

4th semester students become eligible for campus placement Till now no companies have visited us becouse we are in second semester 3lakh is the highest average package as per company Around 50 to 60 % students can get placement I will pursue PhD after getting the degree

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

Although fees is very high but teacher teaches us very well . Complete cost of education will be something around 3 lakh 50 thousand there is no scholarship available until and unless you are the topper of your class there is no stipends provided to the students

Campus Life :

Annual fest name is amiphoria and it is very nice fest every one enjoy a lot celebrities are called for attending this events. There are huge amount of book and journal available in the library. The facilities are provided for each and every class ac is provided water cooler is provided for each floor. There is so many competition organised for sports and extracurricular activities So many students run social groups and clubs

Hostel Facilities :

Bedsheet pillow and pillow cover is provided and table is provided Meal quality is not so good but breakfast is really very good We can complete registration from the official website of the Amity University Lucknow

Hostel Fee : INR 60000 per year

Admission :

There is no eligibility for the course you should have just completed your graduation. You can find the application form on their official website application free increases by the semester There are no reservation benefits Semester exam's take place after every 6 months.

Faculty :

Teacher are good at teaching we can contact them any time they are always available they support us in everything and they teach us each and every thing they never say no to us we can call they when ever we want there is very friendly environment between students and teachers

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course has switched to New Education Policy which is fantastic and also the labs of ohr Department is well equipped with all the modern facilities and the staffs are also very good. Teachers often teach of PowerPoint Presentations which makes the classroom experience boring but some use the Board teaching so each teacher applies it's own method but you will get all the resources at the end of the day. Exams occur well in time and the whole academic calendar is released before the start of your semester so you will know what is the time of your exam

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose Biotechnology from Invertis University as they provide best laboratories along with best Instruments. They have Fine Instruments like Autoclave,Laminar Air flow, Centrifuge,ELIZA, PCR ,and many more. Exams are semester vise , 2 midterms after 2 months each and then semester exam. Exam difficulty level is Average as faculties cover all the topics in classroom.

this course is way more technical and an open field to learn and get experienced to have skills of working in some big companies of biotechnology microbiology and bioinformatics, moreover by cracking NET you can have a great career in research field within and abroad india, also all assistant professor for biology and life sciences field offer biotechnology as eligibility syllabus of the course is well made and align with all Indian institutes for biotechnology ,exams happens semester wise no mid term only end terms and one practical exam different presentation for subjects for increment of expressive skills and dissertation work every semester for glimpse of research work are provided which is way more impressive

There are no placement programmes as such. They do put notices on board but it is either for UG students or for MBA students. There are no placements drives for Zoology students. They also don't encourage students for internships.

I did M.sc with fish and fisheries as speciality in final year because nowadays because of growing population throughout the world humans are facing hunger and shortage of food and that have had encouraged the practice of aquaculture. It not only provides food but also contributes to India's economy to large extend. And also fishes are very useful in indicating any type of water pollution due to pesticidal runoff or any other pollutants and hence quite beneficial in determining the health of aquatic ecosystems.

Not just good, its so good .

Course Curriculum Overview:

I have chosen this because I have an interest in plants as they are the backbone of our mother earth. There are 80% of the students are female and the rest 20% are male in my faculty. In my faculty, 2 professors are from Oxford University and the rest are from LU. Term exams are scheduled after every 5 or 6 months which all are average.

Best college forever in Aligarh

Placement Experience:

Actually from the 2nd semester, students can apply for placements. Almost 50-70% of students were placed in this course. The highest and lowest package of salary is offered and it depends on the performance of students. The highest salary is something 20, 000 per month on the other hand the lowest salary is 35, 000 per month. And average salary offer in course is 20, 000 per month approx. There are many companies like TCS, HTC, Wipro, Flipkart and Amazon are in our course. almost 50-70% can get internships from my college. My plan after MSC is to teach in a higher college at a high level. I am also applying for a good job.
