Remarks :

I am pursuing M.Sc. in Chemistry field from Ds college Aligarh. My collegr study is good. College provide us many facilities like big play ground, huge library, seminar hall, practical lab etc.. It has well infrastructure. Yes, I gave the entrance test for M.Sc admission in 2019 and qualified for this test. My name appears on the list. Finally, I took admission. I prefer this college because Ds college has good facilities. Teachers are very helpful, highly educated. They cooperate with every student. Yes, there is a website, dharmasamajcollege.com where I have collected information.

Course Curriculum Overview :

I chose Chemistry because it is a very wide subject in every field. Applied chemistry has a very specific area regarding the job field. Faculty members of my college are the very best. They all are always ready to help in the study. Really they are very frank with students. There are 33 students in my class. Class length is also moderate. Qualification of faculty is also attractive as I said they all are well behaved. Teachers teach very softly by notes or presentation mode in the lab or classroom. Teachers also teach in the hall of the college. Teachers are highly qualified in their subject. Mostly one-time exam and it is moderate to pass.

Internships Opportunities :

Top roles offered by the company are generally in IT company. There are 50-70% internships released for students in every year. Famous internship companies like Duocet, TCS, and many more. Stipend depends on work. There is not yet any project in my college.

Placement Experience :

Actually from the 2nd semester, students can apply for placements. Almost 50-70% of students were placed in this course. The highest and lowest package of salary is offered and it depends on the performance of students. The highest salary is something 20, 000 per month on the other hand the lowest salary is 35, 000 per month. And average salary offer in course is 20, 000 per month approx. There are many companies like TCS, HTC, Wipro, Flipkart and Amazon are in our course. almost 50-70% can get internships from my college. My plan after MSC is to teach in a higher college at a high level. I am also applying for a good job.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

The fee structure is too low in comparison to another college. We can easily afford it. The fee is moderate for every student. If any student still can not afford the fee then they can apply for a scholarship too. This is the best opportunity in my college. They provide scholarships same as fees. When i took admission to ds college in the 1st year of chemistry M.Sc., I paid 3450 rupees for this course. I think it is not too much. Students can pay. There is up scholarships to apply for needy students whose income is lower than 1 lakh. There is no job in the campus at low education.

Campus Life :

There is an annual fest Day sports. It is celebrated in April month. There is a number of books on our entire syllabus. Many journals are also available in my college library. The classrooms are very good. They are hygienic. The ground of my college is also clean. There are many sports like badminton boxing and racing etc. We can participate in each game and get a reward for playing. Yes, the social group is WhatsApp, Facebook, etc available for students.

Interview Experience :

No there was no group discussion for admission. The admission process is very easy. But there is an entrance for admission in each course. The test pattern was also easy. The criteria for admission is the entrance test. Every student can apply online and the entrance test held in the month of May. In July results come and in august admission process starts. I prepare from my previous bsc notes. Whatever I read in bsc.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course has switched to New Education Policy which is fantastic and also the labs of ohr Department is well equipped with all the modern facilities and the staffs are also very good. Teachers often teach of PowerPoint Presentations which makes the classroom experience boring but some use the Board teaching so each teacher applies it's own method but you will get all the resources at the end of the day. Exams occur well in time and the whole academic calendar is released before the start of your semester so you will know what is the time of your exam

Placement Experience:

There are no placement programmes as such. They do put notices on board but it is either for UG students or for MBA students. There are no placements drives for Zoology students. They also don't encourage students for internships.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I did M.sc with fish and fisheries as speciality in final year because nowadays because of growing population throughout the world humans are facing hunger and shortage of food and that have had encouraged the practice of aquaculture. It not only provides food but also contributes to India's economy to large extend. And also fishes are very useful in indicating any type of water pollution due to pesticidal runoff or any other pollutants and hence quite beneficial in determining the health of aquatic ecosystems.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I have chosen this because I have an interest in plants as they are the backbone of our mother earth. There are 80% of the students are female and the rest 20% are male in my faculty. In my faculty, 2 professors are from Oxford University and the rest are from LU. Term exams are scheduled after every 5 or 6 months which all are average.
