Likes

Regular classes given by teachers. They all are cooperative in nature in order to assist students facing any problems.
The infrastructure and administrative work of the college is nice.

Dislikes

Lack of sports teacher involvement in progressively forwarding students in sports.
I have less interaction with students as because genuinely I miss my school friends.

Course Curriculum Overview :

This , English Honours, I choose as it has capability to include various subjects along with literature i.e. geography, history, art and culture, the politics of that time , sometimes the economical conditions. These all could be covered if study literature . It also covers psychological aspects too. These all literature and other subjects will help a person to understand society in a better way . Literature teaches way of living . I don't it needs any improvements.

Class Size : 50Course Fees : INR 16000 per year

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

The yearly fees of English Honours is 13000-16000 per year . We also give 1300-1400 per semester examination fees . Yearly through scholarship programs a applicant may get approx 3000-4000 . No, I haven't taken any job roles in campus.

Campus Life :

The infrastructure of the college is good . Having good teachers in various faculties. I personally not having any interest in college gathering or fests but there are various fests that attracts students. The college provides good social environment. The various groups like Vivekananda , Natraj , Akshay and others made students to come together and work together in lively environment.

Admission :

By New Education Policy 2022 , CUET (Common University Eligibility Test) occurred. We filled the form for Delhi University and Banaras Hindu University . The cut off of both was bit high compared to my marks . But any how I got off-campus college of Delhi University. They must do fastening in printing new list of students .

Faculty :

The faculty members are very accurate in taking classes on time and also they teach every aspects of literatue in fine way . The members of faculty are helpful too and assist students if students tell thier problems of them .

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course content and structure is very good. Not only is it super practical, it takes a toll on the student to actually study in order to pass. Mugging up doesn't make a student pass in srcc. You need to study. Negatives are it is a very heavy course sometimes so we can't do a lot of societies with it that bcom students can do.

Final year students(Semester-5 for Three yearcourse and Semester-7 for four year course)are eligible for the campus placement. Last year about 175+ renowned recruiters visited and 172 students of diverse backgrounds secured placement offers. The highest package was of 23.05 lpa and average package was of 7.24 lpa last year which includes the profiles of Finance, Management, Marketing, Associate, Content and many more. After taking degree from this college opens various opportunities for me in the sector of Content and Journalism also for Civil Services.

My course is B.A. Hons. Business Economics....it has both business and economics so I can get idea about both...We have 3 core subjects and 3 extra subjects Like SAC VAC and GE which gives us a minor course degree...The faculty is so good then I don't think any improvement needed in the course curriculum and teaching methods and also the frequeyand timing of exams along with your perspective on their medium level...so it's the best course

Discovering ARSD (student version)

Course Curriculum Overview:

I was really interested in English as a subject ever since I was a child and when I was in 11th I decided to pursue the language in depth. I think the course is really good it gives you insight in literature from different partsof the world . It is the best course if your objective is to build a strong base in english for further studies. The curriculum is relevant with the present market. It prepares us for the the different career paths. The frequency of exams is pretty good and gives us enough time to learn different thing along with aur core subjects. I would personally rate the difficulty level of exams 7/10.

Best Review for DSEC

Placement Experience:

The students become eligible for college placements from the 5th semester. I remember Genpact and Decathalon coming to our college. The average package ranged from 2,50,000 to 4,00,000. The placement cell also organizes an internship fair every year for which students are eligible from the third semester. The percentage of students getting placed is moderate. Around 35% to 40% of students got placements. My plan was to study further and go on with my masters in English.
