Our college is located in the outskirts of the city mostly.
Our college has no as such campus like an open area and so no restrictions.

Course Curriculum Overview :

Our curriculum reflects the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in the field. Courses that should equip students with skills and knowledge that are in demand by employers are there in our curriculum. It includes opportunities for hands-on learning, internships, or practical projects.

Class Size : 100Course Fees : INR 15000 per year

Internships Opportunities :

There are various internship programs introduced by the college. First is the summer internship where students are asked to perform the internship during their summer break after the end of their 2nd semester end semester examinations.

Placement Experience :

The college's placement scenario can significantly impact students' career prospects and their transition into the workforce. The college's alumni network also plays a crucial role in facilitating placements, with alumni often returning to campus to recruit new talent or providing referrals and mentorship to current students.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

Since ours is government college, the annual fees is minimal. Our college offers hostels and mess services which are included in the fee structure itself. There are various merit based , income based scholarships available.

Campus Life :

There are various clubs where students can get involved and can follow their passion side by side. The clubs includes - Jam Club, Robotic club, Art club, Beathouse club, Coding club, Entrepreneurship and Development club.

Admission :

Students can take admission at AEC by appearing for an entrance exam called Common Entrance Examination held by the mid of year. The exam consists of questions from Physics, Chemistry and Maths with +4 for one correct and -1 for one incorrect question. There is caste based reservation.

Faculty :

Our faculty of college serves as the backbone of its academic prowess, shaping the educational experience and molding the minds of future generation. The qualifications and expertise of our faculty members are paramount.

Interview Experience :

There was only written test which is the entrance examination which is help in the middle of every year. This examination includes questions from Physics, Chemistry and Maths. There is a minimum cutoff for every branch.

Btech is the best course for engineer's. The curriculum prepares us well for real world applications or further academic pursuits. Cse branch is the best branch for improvement in the course . The frequency and timing of exams are 3 hours in end term exams.

Students become eligible for placements from 7th semester onwards. A lot of reputed companies like Samsung, AWS, Goldman Sachs, Microsoft, L&T, Cisco, Mahindra, ONGC visit for recruitment. Course Curriculum Overview:

I have choose EE because it's have both core and it features so i believe that I will go for core but if the situation changes then accordingly i will shift. The curriculum is pretty good in this campus according to me that's why I have choose this course. I don't think I have enough thinking level to suggest about that. Before exam there should be some gap for studies purpose I mean to say classes should be off. And everything is good.

A Honest Review on NIT Silchar.

Placement Experience:

The placement in NIT Silchar is decent. You will be eligible for placement from the 4th year but you will be associated with the T&P cell from the 3rd year. The companies which came for placements in 2022 are Samsung R&D Institute, Bangalore, Larsen and Toubro, Bharat Electronics Limited, Amazon Web Services, Vedanta Resources Limited, Make My Trip, etc. The highest package is 44 LPA in 2022 offered by Amazon Web Services and the average package is 15-16 LPA. Almost 95% of students get placed in CSE & and 90% in ECE, followed by EIE whereas in other branches the percentage is low. After getting the degree, I will be seating for placements and getting a Job Of course.

Life At IIT Guwahati

Placement Experience:

Placement drives are held in December of every year for the students who complete their 7th semester. Placements are quite good over here, The highest package this year is 2.4 crore and the average package fluctuates between 20 to 25 LPA every year. One can also go for higher studies, there is no harm.

Placement Experience:

Don't worry about placements, they are quite good. Our campus highest package this year is 2.5 cr/annum There are many other stats on our official website, you can refer to that. Mostly many people get interns in their 5th or 6th sem and get placed at the end of the 7th sem. I will talk more about this after going the second year atleast
