There are very good and experienced faculty for Computer and Science Engineering branch
There is a big ground and good sports teacher

Dislikes

Less outing time for freshers to go out of college in the evening
Less cultural programs are held in the college

Course Curriculum Overview :

Here bachelor's degree in technology from computer and science engineering was a great idea because of the cooperative and experienced faculty members All the faculties are highly graduated and have experience of more than 7 years Faculties usually use to tell the course outcomes which are beneficial for the students They use different methods to teach students They use projectors for better understanding

Class Size : 58Course Fees : INR 136000 per year

Placement Experience :

In a bachelor's degree of technology from branch computer science and engineering the placement comes in 4 th year The criteria is that : You are judged on the basis of your results and overall performance in the college In rest degress like BBA , BCA, BAJMC ,BCOM the placement drive comes in 3rd year The criteria remains same as for the btech Highest package gone on campus was of 1000000 And average package is of 600000 to 700000

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

This College is worth full according to the tution fee For BTech CSE the fee is approximately 1,40,000 Service charges security fees dress charges and extra compulsory charges are about 20000 Scholarships are given on the basis of student's 12 borad percentage There are many scholarships Campus is also very big and finely furnished

Campus Life :

There are many culture and technical fest happens in the college Some of them are: SANSKRITI - The annual culture fest It is of two days First day different college and our college compete with each other and DJ night is also there Second Day there is a star night in which singers come for a concert This the most beautiful and memorable fest for the year UTKRISHT - This is the technical fest of the college, Many fun activities happens Many technical games happens SIH (Smart India Hackathon) is also there NAVRANG - Navratri special culture fest Dance singing acting in day program DJ night

Hostel Facilities :

hostels rooms are of efficient size for both boys and girls For Girls: There is 2 seated room 2 beds , 2 tables, 2 chairs and 1 fan 2 seater room with ac and attached washroom 2 seater room with common washroom For Boys:Two seater room with ac and attached washroom Two seater room with common washroom Single seater room 3 seater room Meal is good Breakfast (8:00 am to 9:15 am) Lunch (12:15 pm to 1:30 pm) Snacks (4:30 pm to 5:00 pm) Dinner (7:30 pm to 8:30 pm) Hostel are affordable There are so many rented rooms near colleges

Hostel Fee : INR 95000 per year

Faculties are highly graduated ..They have completed there bachelor's and master's degree from reputed colleges..All the teachers are experienced . All the facilities interacts with students especially with freshers Student's can approach any time to their facilities abd mentors There are mentorship programs and classes for students, where students and mentors can interact with each other and students can share their problems

Placement Experience:

Eligibility for Placement is semester 7 and 8 which is 4th year. A number of companies visit the campus including HCL foundation, ICICI Bank, Mother Dairy, Godrej agrovet Ltd. Etc. I myself am thinking of going into research field so i'll have to do further studies in the same field.

The placement shows quantity but not quality, in my batch 60-70% students were placed with a highest package of 5lakh per annum and minimum package of 2.4 lakh. As per fees of college the average package seems low.

Remarks:

I chose this college women institute of technology which is in Dehradun because it is the only government College which is for girls and it gives them technical knowledge. The college is funded by many government schemes which are very beneficial for us. We have different seminars winners from course in other things also to increase our soft skills as well as other skills. Hair in my 4 year experience I have learnt a lot a lot of things. We get free coaching for MTech i.e GATE classes and other employability training programs and that too free of cost.
