  • Administrative is poor, they don't listen to students and help them out. We have to take multiple rounds
  • It is not very fun and interesting to be in this college. It's very boring.

Course Curriculum Overview :

I was not expecting this course to be this good. I always wanted to pursue political science but my fate took me here and I'm loving it. This has really good books and I found it very interesting. I don't get bored as there is always something new to learn which makes it very interesting to learn things.

Placement Experience :

Placements are decent. They are mostly for bcom students so not much is offered for English honours course. They are medium not too high and not too low. Students are eligible mostly in the last year but options are given in the first year also. Though they are not very many. Highest package would be approx 15 lakhs and average would be 6 lpa. Very few students get the placements. My plans are I'd like to go for upsc after my degree.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

As far as fee structure is concerned this is a very affordable course. In addition to approx 13k per year we also have to pay for examination fees which is around 1000 to 1500 but still very affordable. Scholarships are available at a decent level. Not very high nor too low. I did not come across any financial assistance thing as of now

Campus Life :

We have an annual festival named Rhapsody. It's really good. The invitees are also good. College manages it really well. They are typically help during February or march. Library is decent. They provide good number of books are easily accessible.

Admission :

I really liked the admission process. J came through CUET which was not very tough. The cut off for this course for obc category was around 550. There was no confusion and hassle in the process. The eligibility was 12th pass and some minor in the exam as well regarding the subjects. Reservation matters a lot. I took obc and it really helps to get a decent college. The frequency was okayish and the timing was also fine in the morning and afternoon as it had two shifts as far as i remember and the difficulty was moderate level. Improvement is required in the college preference filling. It's really confusing and messed up.

Faculty :

The faculty is really good. They are well educated with good degrees. Most of our professors are phd holders and they interact with students really well. Their approach is good. They are approachable but they also get irritated very often and quickly. And they also discriminate sometimes as they don't pay much attention to everyome equally.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course content and structure is very good. Not only is it super practical, it takes a toll on the student to actually study in order to pass. Mugging up doesn't make a student pass in srcc. You need to study. Negatives are it is a very heavy course sometimes so we can't do a lot of societies with it that bcom students can do.

Placement Experience:

Final year students(Semester-5 for Three yearcourse and Semester-7 for four year course)are eligible for the campus placement. Last year about 175+ renowned recruiters visited and 172 students of diverse backgrounds secured placement offers. The highest package was of 23.05 lpa and average package was of 7.24 lpa last year which includes the profiles of Finance, Management, Marketing, Associate, Content and many more. After taking degree from this college opens various opportunities for me in the sector of Content and Journalism also for Civil Services.

I have no proper idea for the placement, but the college has a PLACEMENT CELL SOCIETY, which offers oppurtunity to work with different companies and get placed. It may range somewhere from 1.5 lacs to 3-4 lacs.

Course Curriculum Overview:

My course is B.A. Hons. Business Economics....it has both business and economics so I can get idea about both...We have 3 core subjects and 3 extra subjects Like SAC VAC and GE which gives us a minor course degree...The faculty is so good then I don't think any improvement needed in the course curriculum and teaching methods and also the frequeyand timing of exams along with your perspective on their medium level...so it's the best course

Course Curriculum Overview:

I was really interested in English as a subject ever since I was a child and when I was in 11th I decided to pursue the language in depth. I think the course is really good it gives you insight in literature from different partsof the world . It is the best course if your objective is to build a strong base in english for further studies. The curriculum is relevant with the present market. It prepares us for the the different career paths. The frequency of exams is pretty good and gives us enough time to learn different thing along with aur core subjects. I would personally rate the difficulty level of exams 7/10.

Placement Experience:

The students become eligible for college placements from the 5th semester. I remember Genpact and Decathalon coming to our college. The average package ranged from 2,50,000 to 4,00,000. The placement cell also organizes an internship fair every year for which students are eligible from the third semester. The percentage of students getting placed is moderate. Around 35% to 40% of students got placements. My plan was to study further and go on with my masters in English.
