- Despite being one of the biggest NIT's in India, there are very limited transportation facilities available within the campus.
Course Curriculum Overview :
Our curriculum incorporates the latest advancements in the field of science, technology, engineering and mathematics. the curriculum is designed to prepare the students both for the professional world and the further academic pusuits. additionally, our college offers opportunities for research and collaboration with the faculty members, encouraging students to do advanced studies or to contribute to the cutting edge technologies evolving.
Internships Opportunities :
Internships have been provided by the companies by visiting the campus in the third year moreover our curriculum is designed so that every student must have done an internship because in the final year, it hold credits thus impacting our CGPA
Placement Experience :
The placement opportunities in the college are excellent and nearly all the big tech companies do visit the campus for the placement. the students of the 7th semester are eligible to sit in the placements and in the year 2023, the CSE department made 100% placement with an average package of 25.6 LPA. Nearly all the big Tech Companies like Atlassian, Google, Microsoft, Amazon, and Netflix visited our campus and selected many students.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
The fee structure of the college is very simple. The tuition fee per semester is 62500/- and other activity fees are 13000/- Now the hostel fees for the triple occupancy rooms for the first-year students is 5000/- per semester and the mess fees for the complete year is 25000/-. there are many scholarships that are running and providing financial assistance to students. moreover, the SC/ST students are exempted from paying the tuition fees for the whole degree. The fee hike as said by the college is 10% per year.
Campus Life :
The college life is very amazing here. Our college holds Central India's biggest cultural event called Maffick in which all the students of the other colleges also do come and also many big personalities have been invited to our college at this time. also, there are a total of 21 societies from each and every domain in the college
Hostel Facilities :
In the first year, all the students were allotted Hostel 10CD with triple occupancy in which facilities like fans, tables, LAN ports, chairs, study tables etc all have been provided to the students. The Mess also lies inside the hostel itself and it was operated by the student's committee itself therefore, the quality of food given was good and the menu was decided by the students themselves.
Admission :
Admission to the college is purely based upon the JEE Mains score and counselling is done by JOSSA and CSAB. for the CSE department, the cutoff rank was 11016 in JEE Mains 2023. After the counselling process, you need to have physical verification of all the documents at the college itself for which the college provides a date and has made all the arrangements for the smooth conduction of the process.
Faculty :
In our class, there were a total of 100 students and every faculty who was teaching us was a graduate of top institutions like IIT's or NIT's. So, the teaching experience of all of them was fantastic as they were very highly knowledgeable in their fields. All of them are friendly and we can easily approach them in case of any query or difficulty we face whether it is related to our academics or it is a non-academic problem, they try their best to resolve our issues and difficulties we face.
