College of agriculture vellayani is a beautiful campus.we got a positive vibe when walking through the campus
A large Library facility with wifi. Very peaceful atmosphere.

Course Curriculum Overview :

The curriculum is good. Some semesters are very tight and some are ok. In this course one semester is give months . Out of this two months are full of exams. So the schedule is tough. The curriculum include variety of subjects

Class Size : 57Course Fees : INR 30000 per year

Internships Opportunities :

We have a rawe program in 4 th year .in that we got stipend in every month. And also forigen programmes are also available with scholarship. Jrf exam is for post graduation programmes. PhD programmes are also available in our college

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

As it is a goverment professional college the yearly fees are affordable. But the scholarships are delayed for years . We didn't get our e grants scholarship till now. That's why the expense is more. And the rawe funds are also delayed

Campus Life :

Along with curricular activities lots extra curricular activities are conducted here. Arts and sports festivals ,kalolsavam etc . We have an indoor stadium in our campus that other colleges don't have. We have a large Libra with wifi facilities . Every type of books and journals are available there.

Hostel Facilities :

I think our hostel fee are affordable that is 16000 per semester. According to that money ,the food provided is good. And other facilities in hostel are also good. Here is a tv room ,vistors room and newspaper is also provided

Hostel Fee : INR 32000 per year

Admission :

Eligibility of the course is neet or icar exam should be passed . Allotment will be held after the exam. According to your mark you will got the seat of bsc Hons agriculture. There are reservation for students from agriculture background like son or daughter for agriculturists

Faculty :

Faculty members are very dedicated and supportive. They guide us ,support is for everything. But i feel that here the no of faculties are less as the no of students are increasing every year. So the semesters are little bit tight.

From the last or 8th semester, students become eligible for placement. Big agricultural companies come to take campus placements. Highest annual package is 6 to 7 lakh per annum. Me after completing the degree, gonna apply for pursuing MBA in Agriculture and enter the business line.
