- the faculties here at NIT BHOPAL is highly qualified and experienced and are dedicated towards providing quality education to the students. the institute has a well structured curriculum that focuses both on theoretical and practical knowledges.
- MANIT BHOPAL, has very good infrastructure, including well equipped laboratories and research centers. the institute has the best sports complex.
Dislikes
- he internet facility in the campus is very bad and very much disappointing. Even a proper cellular network is not available in boys hostel.
- In first year if you wanna go to the sports complex you have to be passed in tests otherwise it'll available to you from 2nd year.
Course Curriculum Overview :
All the courses offered in first year are as same of the other colleges. some of the courses are here to devlop our mind, some to devlope intrests and some for industry training. so overall i would say that the college curriculum is good. cons- there are always some cons present, so in first year you'll be tought C language, which is not as per the industry needs. so subject like this are always a headache.
Internships Opportunities :
Currently the intenship oppurtunities are available from 5th semester and various bg company provide you different oppurtinities. if you have skills you can get internships with stipend of about 10k to 20k .
Placement Experience :
in MANIT BHOPAL, the college campus placement are very good and can made carrier of any student. the students generally become eligible for campus placements from the 7th semester. the highest package offered this year is 1 Cr+ and the ECE average package was around 18 LPA this year. Many big companies like google come here for campus placement offering various packages. The percentage placement in the previous session was also good around 90 % for all the branches.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
the fees for general candidate having income more the 5 lakhs/annum is about 192000 / year. if you're from sc/st category all of your tution fees will not be there, you just have to pay the hostel rent and mess charges. ALSO the student load is easily available from different banks including SBI in the campus. different scholorships are also available in which one can apply according the requirments of scholorship.
Campus Life :
THE ANNNUAL CULTURAT FEST OF NIT BHOPAL IS "MAFFICK" AND THE ANNUAL TECNICAL FEST IS "TECHNO-SEARCH" ALSO THERE ARE MANY OTHER FESTS SUCH AS "E-SUMMIT", "TOORYANAD" ,"ANUBHUTI" on an average there is one big fest is organized per month. Along with events and different workshops every day. according to me the exposure this college provides you in different manners is the best.
Hostel Facilities :
the registration process for the hostel is done along with the admission process so there is no other headache. the facilities to live in a room are present here. The main con to live in hostel is the internet favcility. the internet facilty in this college is not very good. the meal quality in the mess of hostel is eatable and accoring to hostel. so overall the hostel life is filled with many different joys along with handling of different situations that taches you how to live your life.
Admission :
To taking admission to bachelor in technology courses you have to appear in the JEE mains exam and should get a rank of about 20000 CRL to get into the ECE branch (Home State). last year closing rank of the institute for general male candidates was around 55000. JEE mains are commenced two times a year in January and April, the difficulty level is easy to moderate but the competition makes it a bit harder. the admission process was also easy, and went very well but the after admission process was not good and their can be improvement.
Faculty :
The faculty at the NIT BHOPAL is well qualified and expert in their respective fields. The faculty to student ratio us also good here. Most of the professors have done their PhD FROM indian institute of technologies. most of the teachers here are very good but there are always some exceptions, so beware of such professors. Otherwise all the other faculty members are very good and always available to answer any querry.
