The campus have a modern infrastructure with all indeed laboratories. All the basic facilities are available here.

Dislikes

Currently It's campus is going in under construction phase.

Course Curriculum Overview :

Mechanical engineering is the new branch in this college but all the necessary equipment and laboratory are in well-maintained condition. Also, the curriculum is designed in very well manner inclined towards more practicality rather than theory.

Class Size : 50Course Fees : INR 98000 per year

Internships Opportunities :

Yes On Campus Interships opportunities are provided in NITD for students. Most of the companies are coming for recruitment and recruit students for interships. Some of them are successfully completed and converted it into pre placement offer. The stipend range is around 45000 to 75000 per month .

Placement Experience :

Currently Placement scenario is good in National Institute of Technology Delhi as it is new college compared to all old IITs and NITs but it provides an excellent placements. Highest package till the date is 62 lpa (Placements are running) and average is 18 lpa.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

Overall Bachelor's of Technology in Mechanical Engineering fees for 4 years is 821000 (excluding mess fee which is 3500 per month )for general category students. Yes, the scholarship in the college is based on family income.

Campus Life :

The National Institute of Technology Delhi is a very good college located in Delhi as compared to all state government colleges in Delhi. There are many activities and fests are organized in the campus for the betterment of the Students. Zeal is one of the best sports fest organized in NITD.

Hostel Facilities :

The construction of NITD is currently running and it will be completed after few years therefore three different hostels are arranged. 2 hostels are for first year boys are 9 km away from the main campus with all basic facilities like (wifi enabled , GYM , Sports Ground). Hostel fees is around 36000 (Non A.C) / 56000 (A.C)per year and mess fee is 3500 per month.

Hostel Fee : INR 36000 per year

Admission :

There is a well-known called the Joint Entrance Examination(JEE) Main. Based on the performance in this examination cutoff is prepared in counseling of the Joint Seat Allocation Authority (JoSA) and Central Seat Allocation Board (CSAB).

Faculty :

All the faculty members are highly educated and very interactive with students. Faculty to student ratio is also good. Some of them are associate professors and doctorate. Overall interaction and engagement with professors are nice in terms of learning.

A Brutally honest review of NSUT, an ongoing scam

Placement Experience:

Placements are going abyssmal recently. due to sudden hike in number of students and the recession going on, there is utter discomfort among students regarding the placement season. most companies do visit the campus, but theyjust take 2 or 3 students and leave. the packages are pretty good, but only few people get to bag those. so at the end of season, there is a few population placed in good companies, and a big population left unemployed.

Good placement, good infrastructure Awesome campus life

Placement Experience:

Good placement opportunities student can sit for placement from 7th semester companies will come. Avg package for cse/IT is around 7 lpa and for ece is 4-5 lpa. No good internship opportunities on campus you have to try off campus. Top recruiters are zomato, chayos, amazon, zs associates, josh technology, tcs, juapay, cvent, cognizant, yamaha and many more companies.... Highest package is 50 lpa in Microsoft and lowest is 3.5 lpa.

Why you should choose ADGITM(GGSIPU)

Placement Experience:

The campus placement is okayish nor too good neither too bad the average package here is around 6 lpa which is less but some companies do come and place the students in the campus itself also the network of alumni is good they also apply for offcampus placement and try build a network for the juniors. We often get internship notification from our seniors only

is NITD overrated?

Placement Experience:

From 4th semester companies started hiring interns which happens incampus obviously and they also pay kind of decent stipend somewhere around 20-40k. Placements here is decent enough like if you want that 1cr package you'll have to look for off campus placement.

College life in msit

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose this course because I wanted to pursue engineering and ipu has a great reputation. placements is also decent.Faculty is nice and teaching method is also nice. Student ratio is pretty bad especially in cse. There are two exams in one semester the midsem and endsem. Exams are moderately difficult.The college is also in a very lively location in Delhi and has many places for students to hang out. Faculty at msit, is well educated and best at their job of teaching, almost all the teachers are experience holders, teaching at msit. It's easy to pass the exams If you study from teachers notes because most of the questions are related to their notes in midsem and endsem. Exams are of 30 marks and 75 marks and passing marks are 12 and 30.But the cse branch is considered as top branch in the msit and is preferred over the other branches is what I have been told by the seniors. The faculty is quite qualified and know how to teach labs are also well maintained .
