  • Toilets in room always unclean, no hygiene at all
  • Timings on when you can go out or not. You cannot even roam in your campus after 10pm. And if you go out from campus you have to come by 7:30 over wise they take fine from you.

Course Curriculum Overview :

Civil engineering is a core branch of engineering which influenced me to take this course. A great infrastructure defines the development of a country. In first year itself they start teaching civil engineering in first year itself you get to know about lots of various application in first year itself. Labs of civil engineering are quite well developed that prepares for real world application. More faculty of civil engineering are needed. As one faculty teaches more than one subject. Exams are held within a week, once everyday which is okay to be ready for another one exam but not providing a week preparation holiday is quite hectic.

Class Size : 27Course Fees : INR 160000 per year

Internships Opportunities :

Internship are really really very very good of our college. Companies like Google, Amazon, Flipkart, Fitjee, Microsoft and many more comes in our college to give internship. Even for core branches so many companies comes to give internship.

Placement Experience :

From 6th semester students are eligible for placement. Placement partners are Atlassian, Adobe, Arcesium, ServiceNow, CashFree Highest package is 82lpa Average package is 17.72lpa Where as median package is 17.35 Total offers 161for year 2023 My plans is of having a great placement

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

Tution this basically divided in three categories less than 1 lakh, between 1 lakh to 5 lakh, more than 5 lakh, and for dasa students. National scholarship portal, for private scholarship from byddytostudy. There is scholarship cell as well which updates you about new scholarships that have come out recently. And about their eligibility as well. Most of the students in my contact have recently awarded with scholarship which really helped them in their academics. There is same amount of hostel and mess fees for every student. As I am still a first year student I have not undertaken under interview for job and internship. The complete cost of my education, service fees, mess fees, hostel fees and other compulsory charges will be around 3.5 lakh per year.

Campus Life :

Anveshna in sep or aug and dnadhiya nights in oct or nov and sports fest which is Altius take place in Feb in which every branch compete among themselves. And program on small scale also take place frequently like ethnic day, celebration of valentine's day, cultural representation like that and technical fest about robotics and compitition on coding language also take place. Classroom are advanced great infrastructure, seating arrangement is great, and Globus board is there in each lecture theatre. And for sports there is coach in each sport and sport is very much promoted. And clubs are there as well

Hostel Facilities :

Room infrastructure is great and new rooms not a wear tear room, but the main problem is that it is 5 person sharing room which doesn't let you have your privacy and personal space, toh are just having a very little space is provided

Hostel Fee : INR 36000 per year

Admission :

You have to take jee main exam to get admission here and certain cutoff to take admission in certain course and reservation benefits are also there if you are scheduled caste, scheduled tribe, obc and general (EWS)it's comparatively easy to get admission than if you are general

Faculty :

Faculty members have a great knowledge in their field. Very much cooperative. You just need to interact with them. The way of their teaching is easy to understand. If you have doubt in something they refer you book and again explain in quite well.

Explore as much as you can in your college life.

Placement Experience:

Placements at DTU are good, even in core branches, but students must have the necessary skills. At DTU, over 300 companies visit, offering decent packages. The highest packages can reach crores (of course, these are international packages). Some students also prefer to pursue master's degrees or MBAs after their degree. From the third year, students are eligible for on-campus internship opportunities, and in the fourth year, they are eligible for placements. It is definitely beneficial, but you must have skills and knowledge of your subjects. Strong communication skills are also essential.

I wanted to learn coding and that's why i chose btech in computer science at igdtuw. the curriculum is not designed from the perspective of preparing you for real-world application, instead it solely depends on what should be taught at a university based on the branch. the area of improvement could be removing the unrelated subjects in the first year of engineering because no one actually learns anything from that and instead, there should be related subjects. exams are held twice a semester, making it four times a year

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for campus placements in 6th semester . Many big companies visit the college and there are very big offers each year and even offers upto 1.5cr have been made . The college is known for its placements, it has great placement opportunities. The companies like Microsoft, Amazon, Atlassian, Uber, Walmart, Wipro, and many more visits the college for placements and offers more than 30 lacks package. The highest package offered to a student was 59. 45 lacks in the year 2021 and the average salary package was 19.15 lacks , the highest package was Google. The college provides internship opportunities as well and it gets started from the beginning of 3 Rd year of students, students in their 2 nd year also got internship opportunities. so almost all students get placed and if someone still does not get any placement so they have the opportunity to do higher study in Mtech. DTU might be better

Placement Experience:

From the end of the 4th sem and starting of the 5th sem students can get internships easily they are eligible for placement just after the 3rd year many students get placement in the same companies they are interning in. Many companies visit the campus to take interviews n every year and give many offers to the students. The last highest offer was around 1.2 crores Nd average is around 25-30lakhs. College claims 100% of students get placed but the reality is actually around 90% get placement actually others. My plans after getting the degree will be to become the richest person in my family then in the world.

NSUT-Rising and improving everyday

Placement Experience:

From 3rd year students are eligible for campus placements. Major companies include Microsoft, Google, Amazon, Swiggy, Sprinkler, Blackstone etc. A few years back,8 students from NSUT got a staggering package of 1.25 Crore from Google. The average package for tech branches is around 17-18 lakhs per annum. In tech branches, it has a humbling record of 100 percent placements approximately. As of now, I'll like to do my master from abroad after completing BTech from NSUT
