Remarks :

I have given the cuet pg test so that I can admission in master program.. I have fill two course (physics and chemistry) I think I got 67 in physics and 69 in chemistry. The exam was quite difficult and the worst part is general part was more difficult than the main part.. There is some reservation for SC, ST OBC.. But i fall in general category so the merit was quite high I don't got the university I wanted to but I still have other option and my second priority was SMVDU.. And I got admission..

Course Curriculum Overview :

I would rate it 3 . For me master in physics means master in specific field but here we have to study every subject . But still it is good.. But it is quite difficult to do master as we have to maintain practical and study . I want you to improve the syllabus make it more appreciate for net and set exam so that when we prepare for exam some of our question get tackled.. For exam there is no choice you should put choice between long question... And increase the minor exam timing.

Class Size : 40Course Fees : INR 96600 per year

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

I have paid 96600 for one year which is quite high.. The tution fee was almost 52000. 10000 was security charges and other was compulsory charges. I haven't get any scholarship yet. Campus is very attractive and enjoyable . I really like the campus. There is placement for engeenering department and MBA.

Campus Life :

Few days back we have celebrated RESURGENCE 2024 . It was held after 4 years because of corona.. The central Library ie quite big we get almost every book we need. Room are quite okay for 50 students and there is protectors in each and every class we can take online classes as well.. They have few sports like cricket, football and volleyball. There is also NSS , NCC and other social society.

Hostel Facilities :

They have provided us one room with 2 girls . Rooms are quite good there they have one bed, one study table one almerha for every girl . There hostels are very good and the surrounding around the hostel is so calm and free.. But the meal they provide is really not good . Morning breakfast is good but the lunch is really bad they don't give us good food. Hostel are affordable ..

SMVDU - OVERALL PROCESS AND EXPERIENCE

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum is decided by the University Faculty members itself, The course is completed by the teachers and the syllabus is covered vastly and in depth. Every topic in the syllabus is covered, the examination is also very competitive and the questions create a competitive sense while solving them. The examination is taken in three sections - Minor 1 , Minor 2 and Major. Marks distribution is 20-20-50 and 10 for the assignment. Minor is of one hour and major is of 3 hours.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Biotechnology is the subject I had an interest in and I wanted to study it. I like how we study a lot of subjects under it like microbiology and immunology. The course is good the lab part is somewhat difficult and the exam frequency is manageable

A detailed review about biotechnology course in smvdu

Course Curriculum Overview:

This course is mainly about fulfiling the basic needs of mankind without destroying nature . Infact with the help of microorganisms through biotechnology we can generate products whic are helpful for us . Here we are also making use of plant tissue culture which can contribute in afforestation, generating food etc. By studying biotechnology we can actually contribute in human welfare and also protect our nature. OverAll the teacing methods for this course are good .. I personally think that along with syllabus some extra knowledge should be given to the students about how to write their own research paper.. how to get projects internships doing an extra course etc. The exam is taken 3times In a semester i.e 6months but usually the semester is ended within 4-5months .. and exams aur taken after a gap of just 15-20days. So preparation time is less. One can only secure gud percentile if he/she studies on daily basis.
