My Experience at RSET

Dislikes

    Course Curriculum Overview :

I found the course curriculum at RSET to be quite relevant and comprehensive. It covered a wide range of topics and provided a good balance between theoretical knowledge and practical application. The faculty members were knowledgeable and often incorporated real-world examples into the curriculum, which helped to enhance understanding. Overall, I would rate the course curriculum highly in terms of both relevance and comprehensiveness.

    Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

The fee structure at RSET varied depending on the course and the category of the student (e.g., general, reserved category). Typically, the fees covered tuition, examination, and other miscellaneous expenses. Additionally, there were often separate fees for hostel accommodation and other facilities. RSET offered various scholarships and financial assistance programs to eligible students. These scholarships were typically based on academic performance, socioeconomic background, and other criteria. Additionally, there were opportunities for campus employment through part-time jobs or research assistant positions, which could help students offset some of their expenses. It's always a good idea to check with the university directly or visit their official website for the most up-to-date information on fees, scholarships, and campus employment opportunities.

    Campus Life :

My overall experience with campus life at RSET was quite enriching. The social aspect was vibrant, with various events, cultural festivals, and student clubs contributing to a lively atmosphere. I found plenty of opportunities to connect with peers, whether through academic collaborations, club involvement, or simply hanging out in common areas. Club involvement was encouraged and diverse, catering to a wide range of interests including technology, sports, arts, and social causes. Being part of a club not only allowed me to pursue my passions but also helped me forge lasting friendships and develop valuable skills outside of the classroom. In terms of infrastructure, RSET provided modern facilities including well-equipped classrooms, laboratories, libraries, and recreational spaces. The campus was designed to foster both academic excellence and a comfortable living environment. Overall, my experience with campus life at RSET was fulfilling, offering a perfect balance of academics.

    Admission :

The admission process at RSET was quite structured. I had to fill out an application form online, providing details about my educational background, extracurricular activities, and personal information. Additionally, I had to submit relevant documents such as academic transcripts and certificates. For entrance exams, RSET typically accepts scores from exams like JEE Main, KEAM, and CAT depending on the course. The cutoffs varied each year based on the number of applicants and the performance of the candidates. One aspect of the admission process that I didn't particularly like was the lack of clarity in communication regarding the timeline of the process. It would have been helpful to have a more detailed schedule of when to expect updates or notifications about the status of my application.
