Course Curriculum Overview :

Overall course curriculum is good I mean much more better than average engineering colleges of India. We have many buildings which contains many types of required labs.Couse is also made good and related to modern world.

Class Size : 70Course Fees : INR 375000 per year

Internships Opportunities :

Top companies of India came here for internship like Microsoft Amazon Goldman Sachs and many more who provides a good amount of money for internship. Even in campus you can do research internship and make project under proffs.

Placement Experience :

Placement is good here like on average overall package provided is around 9 lpa and branches like ece cse get an average package of 14 & 18 respectively.many students also go for higher studies and for upsc many have already doing good in their own startup

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

On an average total fees of doing btech from here is 16L-17L including tution fees , hostel fees , mess fees and other expenses . scholarship is provided on based of gpa scored in semester and you can also apply for other scholarship provided from government or any other organisation

Campus Life :

Campus Life is good here. Campus is very large and lush green it has separate sport complex which includes all type of indoor and outdoor games. We have different canteen and cafeteria in our whole campus. But there in no night canteen.All canteen in campus get closed by 11

Hostel Facilities :

There is total of 13 hostel which includes 2 girls hostel and 11 boys hostel . Till second year double bed room is provided and after that single room is provided for boys and for girls till 4th year double bed room is provided

Hostel Fee : INR 21000 per year

Admission :

For general for my branch ece you should have percentile of around 95. Seat is allotted through josaa counseling after that when addmission date is announced you have to come to main campus bit mesra for addmission.on that day all required documents are submitted and fees is also paid

Life in BIT mesra

Placement Experience:

Campus placement is decent in lower branches but quite impressive in higher branches..like in higher branches like Cse or ece we have avg around 16 to 18 lakh ann in lower it's around 9 to 10 lakh which is quite good

Placement Experience:

The placements are declining day by day. In 2022 the average package was around 14lpa and highest was 56lpa but after that it has decreased significantly. Percentage of students have also declined . In ECE around 80% students get placed with an average package of 11lpa . Companies like Nvidia do visit the campus.

B.I.T My Home town

Placement Experience:

The placement of this college is good. Approx. every student is placed. The average placement is 6 lakh. The students are eligible from the 7th semester for placement. The company visited are Tata steel, Vedanta, JSW, Tata Power, Tata Long Products, Deloitte, Sclumbereg, Amazon, Samsung, CISCO, Akash, Fiitjee, Byjus, etc. many big companies. In every company there are 5 to 6 students are placed. The placement package of Tata steel is 10 lakh, amazon is 44 lakh, etc. The percentage of students getting placements is 85 %. I want to go for teaching in Akash or Byjus, etc.

NIT JAMSHEDPUR what you learn and what you experience

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for placement from the 3rd semester, many students got PPO offers and almost all big companies visited and there were 2-3 offers on everyone and there is 100% placement and the highest package was 35 LPA by Microsoft and the lowest was 3-4 LPA by mass recruiters like tcs and Infosys. Everyone used to work after getting placed.

An average stundet of cs

Placement Experience:

After the completion of 3 rd years, students are eligible for placement. About 10 companies came when I was there and they don't have soo many offers. The highest package of 10 lakh waa given to our best student in computer science the average package was 5-6 lakh that's the average package of most colleges here it is the same. The placements of students were quite average about 70 % cause most of the students get diverted. I planned to go in some other field apart from engineering.
