Should you join IIIT Nagpur

The best thing about my college is its curriculam . It is based on the industrial practices . Here in course you have to do two internships of 6-6 months compulsory . Apart from that you can do as much you want.

The companies offer SDE intern roles to the students. Some of the companies that came were alphagrep amazon Autodesk GE digital recently a boy was also palced in morgan stanley . other companies includes cred,dotpe etc.

The average placement of the college is 14 lakhs. Median package is 12 lakhs. The placement percentage 88.74.The companies visited the college were accenture, american express, amazon, alphagrep GE digital etc.

There is no policy for increasing tuition fees. The complete cost for four years is around 13.5 lakhs. The college doesn't provide any schoalrship but one can avail the scholarship which government provides.

There are two fests which are held in college the cultural fest Abhivyakti happens in the month of february and technical fest Tantrafiesta heppens in the month of october. There are varieties of books avialable in library. The labs and classrooms are fully equipped. The sports facilities are chess table tennis badmintion volleyball cricket football etc. there are many clubs in the college including technical and non technical clubs

In the hostel room you get a bed a cupboard a table and a chair. The mess food is good if not great . You just simply pay the fee for hostel during counselling and you get the hostel once you go to institute for admission.

I have given the JEE exam and got a rank around 27000 and got this college in round 1. we have to give two jee mains exams and in which you got higher you get the percentle and rank which is used to apply for college through JOSAA counselling.
