Course Curriculum Overview :

The teaching staffs and lab faculties are excellent.its one of the highlight of Amrita college,the students are allowed to ask their doubts freely and proper care is being taken.there will be regular exams in between to check the students capability.

Class Size : 53Course Fees : INR 250000 per year

Internships Opportunities :

The Hut labs, IEEE etc in the campus itself will provide us internships.i am not sure about further details as iam only going to experience this on the coming years.i heard that cir will give adequate training and helps us to get good internships.

Placement Experience :

The on campus placements are having very high rate in Amrita college.there are several core companies having tie up with our college like oracle,Google Amazon ,Microsoft etc.most of the students are getting placed each year.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

In my view point the fees are little bit high here. especially the tution fees,which is around 2 and a half lakh.The hostel fees are ok it's affordable.but the college provides the best way of teaching and offers us the best placement offers.

Campus Life :

Amrita college provides you various opportunities like clubs like amfoss,bios,acm etc. the college supports each individual to showcase their talents on sports,and other activities other than academics.

Hostel Facilities :

There are several hostels in Amritapuri.each room has 4 students.the environment around hostel is peaceful.the food they provide to us is healthy and delicious.no junk foods are provided,only natural and healthy foods are given.

Hostel Fee : INR 30000 per year

Admission :

There was an exam conducted by the University of Amrita where according to the rank you will be allotted different slabs,and you can apply for the intrested course.reservation benefits are there.exam was not so easy,but with adequate preparation everyone can get good marks

Placement Experience:

Students can avail placenta from the 7th semester where a lot of companies are available. I don't know about the highest package but all of them are pretty decent. Most of the packages are IT and sales.

Actually placement cell is a bit week the company's is not that reputed and they offer monthly salary of 12k to 15k. Probably some startup companies. And many students choose that and work for 1 or 2 years to gain experience and then they apply for better opportunities.

SEEING STCET THROUGH MY VISION

Placement Experience:

From the 3rd year onwards we could attend placement interviews and many companies used to approach our college but mostly IT companies as I was in civil dept the construction companies were very less or NIL. In our batch, most of the students got placed and many offer letters but the only disadvantage was the offers were not from the core companies.
