Remarks :

The admission was through the TNEA councelling process which is based on the cutoff mark .The cutoff is calculated from the 12th marks. Calculation of cut-off marks: Maths = 100 Chemistry = 50(your score/100*50) Physics = 50(your score/100*50)

Course Curriculum Overview :

The course would be valuable and the course hand out will be very clear and easy to understand.The staff would be supportive and friendly and help us in clearing out doubts. There will be 2 midsemester in every semester whose duration is 6 months.

Class Size : 60Course Fees : INR 25500 per year

Fees and Financial Aid :

The course fee for self supporting students is Rs.67.500. The Exam fee for each semester would be approximately Rs.3000. The hostel fee for girls is nearly Rs.32.500.Siragugal scholarship is available.Apart from this BC scholarship will be available which will be provided on early basis.

Campus Life :

CIT has nearly 56 clubs.The clubs include martial arts club, Rotaract club,Muthamil Mandram,EBSB,Unnat Bharat Abhiyan,Photo club, Space club, nature club, etc....The club provides you lot of learning process other than the academics and is the place where you get other department friend.

Hostel Facilities :

The hostel facility are good .There are three hostel totally for girls.First hostel is for 1st year, Second hostel for second and third year and the third hostel is for fourth year students.There will be matron in every hostel

3 yr students are eligible to get placed.particularly japanese placements come around that time.and general placements comes in 3rd yr 6th semester! Jsw, Renault Nissan are some of the companies that come! Highest in Japan 32 lpa , general - 12 lpa. 99.99% get placed.

Students are eligible from 3rd year for placements and also who don't have standing arrears ,if they have standing arrears the clg management will remove them from placements and also the Placements are very poor . The average package is 350000/year . And the maximum package is 15L Last year nearly 100 students out of 180 in cse dept are non-placed , they are forced to write higher studies letter and submit in college . Even though they won't help for any placement side.
