Course Curriculum Overview :

As my father is already in civil field I was already interested in that field. And on top of that I got chance to get admitted into IIT Indore which have one of the best civil branch among all engineering institutes. Curriculum of IIT Indore is very good and practical based. We have exams ever 1.5 or 2 months.

Class Size : 50Course Fees : INR 280000 per year

Internships Opportunities :

Internships are offered in third year. You can get internship in Campus as well as out of campus. Being in IIT you get internships with good stipend and there are also chances for getting PPOs. There are many project opportunities in campus on which you can work on to get a better edge to get good internship and placements

Placement Experience :

Students become eligible for campus placements from 4th year. Companies like Goldman Sachs, Google, Dshaw, Flipkart and many other companies visit the campus for placement and offers made by them average upto 18-20 LPA. Percentage of students getting placed are above 90%. I would like to get a job experience for atleast 2 years and then go for higher studies.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

Fees for a student who enrolls in IIT Indore have to pay about 1,37,000 rupees per semester where 1,00,000 is tution fee and 16,000 is accomodation fee and 14,950 is mess fee. With this there are other minimal fees that are required which makes up the total fees. Scholarship are provided for students having caste reservations.

Campus Life :

Campus life of IIT is one of the best that you can get among all engineering colleges and life at IIT Indore stands upto it. We have different fest and events lined up throughout the year with Fluxus being our annual fest of college. We also have different cultural, technical and sports events throughout the semester. We also have a very big library access with a vast collection of books.

Hostel Facilities :

Hostels are affordable and maintained well. Hostel in IIT Indore have double occupancy and students are provided with a bed, study table, and chair. Mess have good variety of food and quality is maintained. Menu is also changed in monthly basis. Students are required to stay in hostels itself.

Hostel Fee : INR 32000 per year

Admission :

I gave the JEE rank and got admission through JOSAA counseling. The admission process was very smooth and efficient. There were many officers to check our documents and to resolve our queries throughout the admission process
