In sports senior are very friendly they teach me very good

Dislikes

College is in villages side so there is not too much market for shopping.
In academic section process are very slow

Course Curriculum Overview :

Between every semester their 2 internal exam is conducted for 15 marks each . Semester examination is 60 marks . My father also have done b tech in mechanical so I decided to go in same line I have seen my father works that influence me more .

Class Size : 165Course Fees : INR 40000 per year

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

Our college provides too many scholars scheme for St and Sc and also for General category. Complete four course will take 3 lakh including hostels fee . College also gives loan for study. In college events when win in any function you get some amount of money.

Campus Life :

Our college organised odisha largest fest that is Horizon in March month. Every branch conducting their own fests I.e is Avtaara, Ayushmaan, Antraix,etc . Their many officals clubs run by college i.e is automobile club , music club, dance club , robotics club , drisyam. We have also big central liberary with too many books .

Admission :

In my point of view this is good campus for average students, Facultys are also good . Eligibility criteria is +2 with PCM subjects . You can apply through JEE and Ojee . College have to improve their college website some times it does not work properly. I don't know about reservation because I am coming under general category. Faculty have also good qualification. Exams also tough . Semester examination gap is around 5-6 months .

According to seniors , placements are good and decent comparing to other nits . After 6 semester , company are hiring for placements . Many companies has visited more than enough . Highest package I seen in 23 is 1.12 CR in rubrik from senior . My plans after degree is doing sde job at company.

KIIT- The Real Truth Of College

Course Curriculum Overview:

Course curriculum is similar to all the colleges. but the extra curricular facilities provided by the college, differen societies present in differen domain will help you in growing your skills and knowledge in your sector. College keep organising tech fest, alumini meet, and global awareness meeting to keep the students up to date with present world. Course curriculum can be improved, I personally think, many new elective subjects are added which are not beneficial for my stream CSE.And the attendace is very compulsury for getting ood marks. Smart Boards and White Board teaching ares used which depends on teacher's choice. There is normally two exams in a semester , midsem of 20 marks in time 1hr 30 min, and endsem exam of 50 marks in 3 hr, and the rest marks depend on subject faculty. Mostly examination level is normal , if you are good student you can cover the syllabus in 1 week before exam.

Good facilities that needs to be grabbed.

Placement Experience:

The placement scenario for now it not that good. There is regression going on so the companies aren't taking that many students. From the 3rd year you are eligible for placements. 450 companies came this year for placements making 5200 job offers. The highest placement this year was 63 lacs by Yugabyte. Average CTC is 8.5 lacs in all streams. Mass recruiters like Accenture, Cognizant, Capgemini, Mindtree, Bosch, Ericsson, IBM etc. Many other notable companies that visited are Bain & Company, CME group, DE shaw & co, JP Morgan Chase etc. According to kiit website, 90% students are placed. 2100 students also got internships via capstone route. My plans after getting the degree is to do a job for some years and then after getting some experience I want to do a startup.
