Dislikes

Regarding the infrastructure I have a small complaint about the swimming pool
Many of the new colleges have dining Complex but in NITK there are many dining mess available

Course Curriculum Overview :

Courses and departments may have different curriculum designs, so it's important to consider things like industry demand, alignment with current trends. Faculty is Phd from top institutes of the world. Exams are very hard to crack.

Class Size : 50Course Fees : INR 125000 per year

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

The tuition for undergraduate is like 62500 rupees per semester and hostel fees including all other fees like extra amenities, library and mess costs upto 90000 per year so the overall fees will be around 2,20,000 per year. We get tuition fee waiver based on parents income and we can avail for scholarships like financial assistance based on the category.

Campus Life :

Campus is very good for students. Its very big with lots of buildings. The class amenities includes well-equipped classrooms, library, laboratories, sports facilities. library has all type of books available for students.

Admission :

The admission process for NITK typically involves applying through JoSaa for undergraduate programs. students usually need to appear for exams like JEE main and the cut off scores. application process filling out online forms submitting required documents and sometimes attending counselling sessions

A good college for only study

Placement Experience:

Placements are good enough for IT fields and you will get a decent amount of package. But if you want core placements we may get a few companies with few jobs so you should be competitive enough to crack these. Last year our college got the highest package of 52LPA. An average package is around 7.5 LPA.

A Journey of a lifetime

Placement Experience:

Google, Amazon, and Texas Instruments to name a few are the companies that visit our campus. NITK has always topped placement drives with most of its students being recruited. The highest package offered was 52 LPA. The average package is 11 LPA.

Life at NMIT

Placement Experience:

From 3rd year that means 5th-semester students can be eligible to get placements in the college. IBM, TCS, AMAZON, etc. big companies visited our college for placements. The highest package offered here is 30 LPA and the least will be on average around 500000 to 600000. I am going to the US for further studies after Engineering

Good way to opt

Placement Experience:

Our college infrastructure is not good compared to other colleges in Davanagere city. However, the classrooms are very good, and projectors are available in all classrooms. Labs are very good. Hostel facilities are good, but the fee is more compared to other colleges

Remarks:

there are no raging so you fill free and no one distribute you while you are studying. normally in our hostel 6-8 pm is a study time then 8'o clock dinner is started after you finish your dinner you can go for roaming in our college campus. after 9'o clock hostel get will be close so all student have to come to hostel on time and again 10'o clock study time start.
