Saveetha is one of the limited colleges which have post graduation in the department of public health dentistry. It is well known for its patient flow and extended camps. They have the world record of screening maximum number of patients in a day in India

The course curriculum of saveetha is more advanced than any other college in Tamilnadu. They have included many subjects in UG curriculum like dealing with the medical emergencies which are very essential. These subjects are not included in other colleges. With these the students will emerge very successfully

Post graduation in dentistry doesn’t include internship. But they have an hear of internship in UG. It’s is not a paid internship because no private college provide one. But there are a lot of differences in doing internship in saveetha than any other college in Tamilnadu.

The college gives guarenteed placements as you will be one of the top skilled students. They include your name as the first in every project you do so that your academic career growth will increase. So you will get guaranteed placement anywhere. They prefer saveetha students in the college too

They do conduct a lot of CDE programmes which are paid but are very useful for the knowledge and current updates. They have a good infrastructure and they conduct student exchanges very often. It is very helpful to develop the academic profile and learn from various opportunities

You get what you paid for. Fees is neither feasible nor expensive . It is more or less the same as in other private colleges. But you learn a lot more in saveetha than in other private colleges due to their outstanding patient flow. By the end of the year you will know you have the worth of what you paid for

There is no scholarship that has been provided that I know of. However if a student really needs help they can contact the college and the college will really help them in every possible way

Campus life is good because all the students are friendly without any differences. There is no gender inequality. As in any dental college female students are more in number than the male students. They conduct annual celebration of cultural sin which all our extra curricular activities will be acknowledged

Hostel have a gradation of options to choose from three sharing to suite room. They have many options of food to choose from. The hostel is well equipped with basic facilities and well ventilated. The hostel has 24 hours water facilities. The mess is very hygienic

The senior students are very helpful and they guide us throughout the college life. It’s very essential to keep in good touch with them both for career and social life.

We currently have a trimester pattern of exam for MDS from this year. This is very useful because separate concentration is given to the particular topic. When the quota is split into three it is also easier for the students to complete it. Saveetha is the only college which has trimester pattern in curriculum

I wrote the entrance exam NEET MDS and got qualified. I applied for saveetha by keeping it as an option the private college counselling. It is a prepaid counselling in which we have to pay two lakh and five thousand for the counselling. Once we get a particular college, that two lakh will be refunded to the college which will be deducted for the fees.

The faculty of saveetha dental college are very student friendly and approachable. They have a wide angle of view about past and current updates and they are well knowledgeable about their subjects. They help us for our projects and guide us for our thesis work
