- The college societies, loved them I applied for all of them and surprisingly got into all of them, have made the best of friends in them.
- The people I met, insanely smart and knowledgeable.

- The small size of the campus is definitely a con and the infrastructure is also not upto mark
- The reservation bias is something to be considered, you will study with a person scoring 70-75% which makes the cutoff seem useless.
Course Curriculum Overview :
The curriculum of the course is good, the professors are fantastic the only problem being, more than 75% of the batch is doing CA/CS so the curriculum is designed in such a way that it sincs with their courses and people going for their mba might suffer a bit in that case.
Placement Experience :
The placements of St Xavier's are good, the average package for B.com hons is about 7-7.2LPA and the highest being at 24LPA. Students become eligible for placements in their 5th sem. About 40% of the batch gets placed. Companies like Zomato, mc Kinsey, Morgan Stanley, Ey appear for placements.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
Okay so the college is govt aided for the morning department of bcom, the fees is 160000P.A but the govt pays half of it. The college offers scholarship for students with excellent academics or belonging to a lower economic background. I still can't say on the placement scenarios as I'm a first year.
Campus Life :
The best part of St Xavier's has to be it's societies and clubs, the college life is pretty dull without them. There are a plethora of clubs focusing on different aspects be it professional or something fun, be it music, dance, gaming, entrepreneurship, business, commerce, social Development or NCC/NSS. The college never runs out of things to do, there are plenty of competitions and simultanions happening year round. But the small campus of the college makes things limited.
Admission :
The college takes admission for bcom on the basis of your 12th standard percentage, the application forms are released a month after the board exams end, every information regarding the admission process is available at the website, the cutoff for the course considering the top 4 subjects including maths and English was 94% and the third list went to 89%
