Dislikes
- Worst humidity, in summer time very hot we can’t able to survive here and in the rainy it’s too rainy that rain will not stop for an weaks together
- It doesn’t have an well maintained football ground that we can’t play football is nice way
Course Curriculum Overview :
My course is CSE off course the main and top branch in every college the entry in yhis collage for an cse is quite difficult because the palcement ratio of the cse is very high and average package and the height package is also very high compared to a other branches in the college, in my perspective I chose the correct branch because I liked it and i love do coding, I'll have fun while doing coding ,real word application is all about the operations of the machine and all things can be operated by the ciding only , kind if interested thing to learn so that i have choosen this branch an i am satisfied with this .
Placement Experience :
From 3rd year student are getting placed in our college , the companys which coming for an interview is good . They are giving more salary compared to other colleges and it is around 50 lack wich is highest package it is nit very high but our clg is ment for more average package which is around 25 lack it is quite good for the students because every one will get good amount for jobs, after completion of degrre I'll choose an good job and go on .
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
This is government college and we came by writing an entrance exam also the fee structure is around 1lack 20 thousand for year this is excluding the hostel and mess fee , the fee structure is vary for different cast like obc, st , sc, gen.as I know we can apply so many scholarships in college like NSP, SSP , and vidyadhan and reliance and so in we can apply bot the government and the private scholarships they give fulll support from the institutions side for any scholarships , complete cost of our education in four years is around 5 to 6 lack and other services caharges and alla is around 10 thousand per month .
Campus Life :
Campus life in NITK was awesome in my sense because it has 300 acres lush green campus and all other things are inside the campus like banks, bakery, cafés, barber shops, beauty parlour, and so on and it is covered by an trees and i like this campus other than any college is because of an beach, the college has it's private beach , where we can swim , run , play , can do anything what we want and we have very well maintained infrastructure for different things like we have class rooms and different buildings for different branches and SAC swimming pools and fields and so on . We have so many clubs which improve our credits .
Hostel Facilities :
Hostels facility's are quite good we got an well maintained infrastructure and godd looking rooms and they are provided all the basic needs like table , and on and they provided a lan cable it is working good at high speed internet' . About food and mess maintenance, they have bot veg an non veg in thrir menu like in a non veg itens they are providing every night an nan beg item accept tuesday (chiken and egg) and the quality is good and quantity is is also sufficient for us . Even snaks and breakfast also very good , they are taking around 30 k for sem for both food and accommodation in my sense it worth .
Admission :
Admission process is quite lengthy also it was because they allowed all our family members inside the college to see college and enjoy and they helped a lot for the admissions proces and documentation needed for the process is already informed before coming to the college and that thing helped a lot for students , cutoff of the entrance exam is so high because this is the one of the famous and the Hig ranked clg in karnataka , aspects of admissions process I don't like is nothing it began and completed in well disciplined manner and i am satisfied with the proc Which has carried out at that time . Off course it is so rush at the admission time but kind of manageable thing , overall process is quite good
