Entrance Preview :
Everyone recommended me this college and said this university focus on overall development and personality. Dehradun has excellent weather and an awesome city to be explored along with nearby hill beauty. It is economic to study here including food and lodging.
Course Curriculum Overview :
The curriculum is progressive and advance. depending upon the subject and course a student has opted to pursue from here will be beneficial if she/he ask from any such student from the respective field via google's help and it's for sure none will ignore or will be annoyed to share info about the university.
Internships Opportunities :
I am being very truthful and honest about it because there is no benefit of me out of this lie. This university provides no internship to students neither helps them in this area. so there's no question raise for stipend and all.
Placement Experience :
This field is a major drawback of this place because here students are not accorded any placements apart from language department students. none job opportunities for MBA or MSc students. Hopefully, in the coming time, they will do better in such areas.
College Events :
Orientation- for basic info about university Freshers- to have a healthy introduction between junior and seniors. Seminars-as per various occasions Diwali fest and Dj night Annual function- a 3or4 day celebration Department based fests Holi celebration
Fee Structure And Facilities :
yes. the fee structure is feasible for all courses I suppose because it is a state government university and so expenses cut short automatically. Courses like MBA, MA, are good plus affordable. In the language course, many multinational companies come and provide good placement with good packages.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
i have not availed any scholarship since i am from established family but yes, such opportunities are available for financially weak students.
Campus Life :
Campus life is nice and cheerful, there are many sports activities facilitated by the administration. An excellent gender ratio, absolutely no ragging inside or outside the campus. Competition and other co-curricular activities are performed department wise plus bouts with other universities as well. Opportunities for the ones who want to actually outshow themselves.
Hostel Facilities :
Hostel place is the best part of the university. For senior students, single seater rooms are available and for bachelors two-seater. Apart from this, there is a gym and the center area for games like badminton. Mess food is good and quite better than other universities. They serve sweets alternatively.
Alumni/Alumna :
seniors are supportive and helpful. they guide and help their junior in all areas. they even give them chance to look after things.
Exam Structure :
Disappointment follows this way as well as there is only internal checking in each and every department for all examinations. Be it monthly tests or final semester exams. otherwise, teachers try to be strict and fully attentive in examination centers to prevent cheatings.
Admission :
It is easy brezzy. Candidate will be asked to come for counsilling along with his/her complete documents. if they do not have them at that time they can peacefully submit them later without any worry. After that the candidate has to come for final admisson with the demanded money. it will be submitted in administration office. now submit the tution and hostel(if want) fee. Hence,Admission is done.
Faculty :
the faculty is well educated and experienced with the proper degree of certain position. Faculty matters department wise. economic *social science department* has good faculty. well qualified and has a nice experience in teaching. they are supportive and helpful.
