- The staff and teachers are very cooperative. Always ready to help
- Student council have also been set up , one can personally share his or her problems with them
Dislikes
- They don't have bus facility so you have take your convenience .
- Slow administrative processes like many formalities required sign slip receipt documents varification at different levels etc.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I was from commerce background and was interested in accounting and Economics . So I choose bcom hons. My course has provided me with the basic concepts rule and practical knowledge of accounting world . Calculation of various taxes Prepare of balance sheet Working on tally software etc
Internships Opportunities :
In bcom we don't have any internship provided by our university ,But we do have workshops on tally , computation of taxes etc . Pg students doing MBA they have internships ,projects i remember one of my friend did his internship from ongc .
Placement Experience :
To be honest the placements offered in management department for bcom are not good enough as are in private colleges. Generally , it goes upto 20k-25k per month for metro cities. Gurgaon Noida Delhi etc But the placement in other departments such as language department is quite good
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
In bcom hons 2019-22 my per semester fees was 20200 that is i think a balance amount neither too high nor too less This includes 100 ruppee for student council University issues notice for the scholarship
Campus Life :
In my case I was shy since my school days but in University i took part in presentation and other activities and they help me a lot to enhance my personality . University has a beautiful library and lots of books magazines newspapers are available Many clubs for art music literature games .. you can take part in any of them. And yes ofcourse cafeteria sorrounded with lush green tress and beautiful flowers
Admission :
Eligibility 12 passout They conduct their own entrance exam Syllabus (gs + c.a+ reasoning+ aptitude +English) Moderate difficulty level After clearing the exam they issue passing list with the cuttoff Generally 1,2and 3 cuttoff list Special quota for sc and st and obc (only for the candidate from uttrakhand)and girls More number of seats are reserved for girls
Faculty :
Faculty (Teachers , security , other helping staff) is cooperative, They do guide regarding your career . Teacher follow simple approach toward teaching syllabus completion plus periodical test and daily assignment. I'm my class the student ratio was 44 students 1-2 teachers.
