Course Curriculum Overview :

I had chosen this branch and college based on my interest and for the placement record. In MANIT all faculties are quite experienced in their field and have been teaching here for several years and have done their phd from Top Institutes. Course and Curriculum is several years behind the real-world applications but new courses are being implemented into the curriculum. For every Semester there are 3 exams conducted, MINI, MID, and End-Semester exams and the difficulty level will be moderate most of the questions are from the classes.

Class Size : 116Course Fees : INR 220000 per year

Internships Opportunities :

IT companies visit for both internships and placements, while not many core companies visit. I have done my internship in embedded systems and design. Additionally, I have developed a few projects such as a Smart Stick for Blind People and a Personal AI Assistant similar to Alexa.

Placement Experience :

The eligibility criterion for placements is not having any backlogs in any subject. In the Electrical Branch, both core and IT companies actively participate in the placement process, providing students with numerous opportunities. Approximately 70% of students secure placements, with the highest offer this year reaching 28 LPA and an average offer of 10 LPA.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

Fees are categorized in 3 categories based on income you can read more about it on MANIT website . e.g. If your family income is in-between 1 to 5 lac annually then you have to pay around 27 k per semester. If your are from MP, then you don't have to pay a single penny , all your fee will get refunded including hostel and mess (MMVY) Social Life here in not so good although fests are conducted here every 2-3 months but overall its not so good Yes you can play every outdoor sports here there is no complaint for the sports. You"ll find every club and society related to your intrest and you"ll be quite busy throughout the semester in club activities.

Campus Life :

Social Life here in not so good although fests are conducted here every 2-3 months but overall its not so good Library is quite comprenhensive, you'll find almost every book you'll need for the curriculum. Yes you can play every outdoor sports here there is no complaint for the sports. You"ll find every club and society related to your intrest and you"ll be quite busy throughout the semester in club activities. Except Hostel 3 and 4 every Hostel is decent and food quality is okayish

Hostel Facilities :

In first year you'll be alotted a triple sharing room for which yearly fee would be 12k, actually the room is designed for 2 peoples but you don't have any other options . From the second year onwards, there will be double sharing rooms for which fees would be 16k and you'll get two cupboards, two beds, and 2 tables and chairs. The college is located in the center of the city Mess food will be okayish, you'll get used to it.

Hostel Fee : INR 16000 per year

Admission :

You have to clear JEE MAINS to get admission here in MANIT and have to secure a decent rank to get admission through JOSAA counseling All details are available online for the application For every Semester there are 3 exams conducted, MINI, MID, and End-Semester exams and the difficulty level will be moderate most of the questions are from the classes. I think the admission process was smooth, and didn't face any difficulty.

Placement Experience:

Campus Placement of this college is very good means 95% oif the students were placed. from 6th semester you'll able to get placed but i recommend to complete the studies. Companies visited in Infosys, TCS, Wipro etc. 95% of Students were placed from the campus selection. i'll planning for the campus selection from the college.

Placement Experience:

The campus is quite good, in a class of 70 students 50 get placed in a company. Although the average placement is Rs. 650000. some people get 16 lakhs 17 lakhs, 20 lakhs and some 44 lakhs. Many companies visit our campus just as SAP, WIPRO, CAPGEMINI, etc. The highest packet of the previous year is 44 lakhs in Google and our average package is 650000. 75% + students are getting placed. I have planned to get a good job at a big MNC.

Placement Experience:

Placements are good for only CSE with an average package of around 5 LPA. Companies like Infosys, cognizant, Accenture, Wipro, Amazon, Capgemini, and tech Mahindra come for campus recruitment. No core companies visit here. If you are going for a core job you have to apply off-campus or prepare for the GATE exam.
