Course Curriculum Overview :

Under Mumbai University guidelines the course has been renamed but remains equivalent to a Full Time MBA Program. It covers various learnings aspects including Statistics, Operations Management, Organizational Behaviour, Organizational Development and Financial Accounting. Personally I opted for Marketing as it aligns with my long term career goals. The curriculum focuses on real world organizational challenges and solutions, supported by numerous case studies and reference materials for deeper understanding. To enhance the curriculum, there's suggestion to increases interactions with industry professionals and maintain connections with the extensive Alumni Network. Assessments include a 40 marks Mid Term rxamination and a 60 marks Semester End examination, with the former for internal assessment and the latter including University examination papers in the 3rd and 4th semesters.

Internships Opportunities :

Internships are available based on what industries the majority of students are pursuing companies include but not limited to 1. Suryoday Small Finance Bank 2. Reliance Jio 3.Tech Mahindra 4.Outlook Magazine 5.Axis Securities 6.MG Motors, etc Projects are based on what industry requires, for e.g. My internship project was study of Amul's market share despite being other competitors. This was for marketing specialization and i gained immense knowledge through it.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

Our College is one of the best college in terms of fees, cause there are only few colleges who are providing a MMS, a post graduation course for just Rs 400000 for both years which includes everything like tution fees, miscellaneous expenses, etc. Yes there is availability of scolarships for the students and college administration help students for application process and all. College also has a bank inside the campus which gives financial assistance as well. Every year more than 95% students gets placed from the college and return on investmemnt is good as well

Campus Life :

The institution holds 2 significant annual events 1) Eminence- organized by students at an intercollegiate level, primarily held in January. 2)Alumni Meet - arranged by students for former graduates, usually scheduled in February. Students are granted login access to an E-library containing over 35000 books with the potential to expand based on students requests. Additionally a physical library is available with well maintained collection of books, journals, and daily updated newspaper. classrooms are equipped with digitally screen to enhance the learning experience, featuring air conditioning and comfortable seating arrangements. while sports are encouraged they are not actively pursued within the college except during festivals. The institution hosts several clubs ; Green Club focused on nature related activities such as tree plantation and cleaning efforts . Finance Club which organize the Munafabazar event for students engagement etc

Hostel Facilities :

Hostel Facility is available at 80000 per year and with 4000 as a deposit amount. Majorly this accomodation is not preferred by the students doing PGas it is situated in another campus 3kms away from college campus Areas nearby have many PG for different budget sizes Rented accomodation is mostly preffered by students who have come from other parts of the states or country. Except for taste, food availability might not be an issue as the CBD Belapur area offers many different hotels and tiffin services opportunities

Admission :

BVIMSR offers admissions through the statewise MHT-CET examination, providing options for both MMS and MBA programs. Mumbai University's criteria include the MHT-CET entrance exam, without offline admission through sources like the management quota. Even without a chosen specialization, discussions with faculty regarding offline admission are possible. Application forms are accessible on the website with minimal fees, typically starting in February. The exam difficulty level is moderate covering areas such as Vocabulary, Quantitative Apptitude and Logical Reasoning, etc. Reservation Benefits are provided for students who havent perviously availed themselves of any other post graduate course. To enhance the selection process, the college must improve the itself by conducting Group Discussion and Personal Interview.

Interview Experience :

No during admission process no group discussion, interview or written test is there cause as per MHT-CET guidelines once the college is alloted to a student then he doesn't need to do through any test or interview and students can take admission directly

Placement Experience:

You will be getting packages of above 6 LPA easily if you get into this college. In my time, the stated average is 14.5 LPA. But the actual average will be around 13 LPA. It's the best option if you don't want to spend too much money to do your MBA or want to start and MBA and do something else on the side, like cracking a better college, cracking government jobs, entrepreneurship, etc.
