Course Curriculum Overview :

Cu provides good faculty alongside up to date curriculum. They teach most demanded tools and services like python power bi sql etc. they give theoretical as well as practical implementation making placement times easy

Class Size : 70Course Fees : INR 84000 per year

Internships Opportunities :

They doesn't give you internships instead they provide you with assistance for soft skill improvement. But they provide you with whining camp and summer training camps that help you improve confidence

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

You have to pay fees before you start your semester. I was told to pay an amount after deducting 10 percent scholarship from the total amount. It's good that they also provide you with loan assistance

Campus Life :

They have a good friendly campus and clubs to help students mingle with others. They have a good fountain and lawn area that lets students rest while socializing. They provide with various fear including the cultural and self improvement possible

Admission :

Admission was quite simple. I enquirer about university and course through their official website. I wrote the mcq exam comprising of 60 questions to be solved in 60 minutes. After getting a score of 90 I obtained 10% scholarship.

Masters during Lockdown in Chandigarh University

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for sitting in campus placements from the third semester. There was a strict attendance policy which were to be followed by every student if they wanted to sit for placements. We received emails from the placement coordinators regarding all the opportunities coming our way and the details of the different roles offered by the companies. In my class, almost all the students were eligible to sit for the placements, and 70-80% of them got placed as well. Most of them are still working with those companies. The main demographic location from which the companies came were Chandigarh, Bangalore, Gurugram, Mohali.

Admission:

For MSc in Biotechnology admission at Chandigarh University, your bachelor degree with at least 50% marks (in case of 45% marks in SC/ST categories) in any branch of science like pharmacy, veterinary, agriculture, medicine (MBBS), medical lab technology and nursing.
