Cost of living is a bit higher and you may spend a lot of money.
Holidays are very less and they usually place extra classes if there's a holiday.

Course Curriculum Overview :

The course is all right but need to focus yourself, to achieve good placements. Attendance is strict 75 percentage. Mostly PDFs are provided as notes to prepare for exams. Classrooms are not very good specially for information science branch.

Class Size : 60Course Fees : INR 230000 per year

Placement Experience :

College placements are average. But you can get good companies and better placement if you work hard. Usually startup companies visit with average package of 7 LPA .Also mass recruiter companies like TCS , BOSCHE etc.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

Placement cell is dedicated to ensure that students are placed in good companies. Though don't expect too much. Mostly Japanese company higher for above 20 LPA package, average package for information science and engineering branch is 6-7 LPA

Campus Life :

Campus is not very big but since the weather of Bengaluru is moderate throughout the year , you'll feel nice and also campus is greener. But places to visit are usually far off. For that you have to usually travel around 15 to 20 kms.

Hostel Facilities :

Hostel facility is good , you'll get washing machine, sufficient space rooms with double and triple sharing. Every year you can switch between 3 hostels for boys and 2 for girls and 1 hostel is for first year students to avoid ragging.

Hostel Fee : INR 100000 per year

Admission :

I gave COMED-K Exam for Bengaluru colleges, I got 7k rank and got information science and engineering branch in Nitte Meenakshi Institute of Technology. It has good placement cell compared to other colleges in the same rank.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum which I had was VTU but now it has been changed to autonomous so it got improvement. They started to use technology in teaching and created good atmosphere to understand the concepts.

placements during the current scenario are hard and they offer less perks highest goes to around for 20 lakhs for 2-3 students all others placed are around 3-7 lakhs mark students placed are around 50 percent there are companies like adobe and Capgemini comming to campus

Placement Experience:

Placement in our college is very very good because our placement cell has very good bonding with the companies this year more than 40 companies have been coming to our college for placement drive example Infosys Wipro TCS robosoft etc this year 80% of students have been placed in different companies which make the department more proud. as I have the dream of placing in Infosys are Wipro TCS in a software company of minimum package of 4 lahks per annum

Placement Experience:

Campus placements are good. From 3 rd year, students are eligible to sit in the placements. Most IT companies visit the college like Accenture, TCS, Amazon, cognizant, etc. Few core companies also came like Texas instruments, kpit, global foundries, Bosch, etc. The average package is 4.5 LPA and the highest is 22 LPA for my branch. 60% of people in my department got placement.

In the final year, students can sit for placements. There were many IT companies like Capgemini, Mindtree, EY, EXL, Epsilon, etc. For mechanical only 3 companies they are L&T, Quest global, Apex auto. Placements were good for CS/IS branches.

Honest truth of Rajarajeswari college of engineering

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible for placements from the final year. A few companies visited when I was studying about 12-15 MNCs companies visited all were product-based and I think the highest package was 7.5 LPA. As the Corona pandemic started college was closed and companies didn't visit afterward. There is less number of companies visiting our college all are looking more for Cs graduates less or no EC core companies visit. I am planning to pursue M tech

It is positive. Candidates appearing in the 12th exams in 2019 can apply. Diploma candidates can also apply but only for admission in IITs. There is no minimum mark required to apply for JEE Main. Candidates have to secure 75% (65% for SC/ST) in 12th exams or be in top 20 percentile of the respective board.
