Course Curriculum Overview :

Mechanical engineering is good compared to other branches of engineering in NITK surathkal. We can showcase our talent and intrest in mechanical engineering. NITK provide us with lot of opportunity to succeed in mechanical engineering. Exam are very easy to attempt and are mostly related to real life examples

Class Size : 80Course Fees : INR 99000 per year

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

Tution fees are fare compared to other private colleges. Tution fees is being increased year by year. Tution fees will be refunded if you have reservation or your family income is low. Tution fees will also be refunded if you are physically or handicapped. Scholarship will be provided for students from SC/ST background

Campus Life :

Many technical festivals are celebrated in NITK campus every year. Those are celebrated for 3 to 4 days with lot of technical gadgets and other engineering related things. It will provide you with lots of good experience and will also increase your intrest in engineering.

Admission :

Mechanical Engineering is a good course compared to other courses. NITK campus is good and faculties are well qualified. Hostels are good compared to other nit's . Placement is gaurenteed once you enter NITK. Seniors behave well with juniors. Mess food is very good. Exams are easy to attempt.

placements during the current scenario are hard and they offer less perks highest goes to around for 20 lakhs for 2-3 students all others placed are around 3-7 lakhs mark students placed are around 50 percent there are companies like adobe and Capgemini comming to campus

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible to get placements from their 6th to 7th semester as whatever basic is needed by them to a company is embedded into them. Amazon, Microsoft, Google, Cisco, and many other companies visit our college and make many offers. The highest package in my course was 47 L.P.A previous year and average is 7 to 8 L.P.A. Almost all students get placed in our branch almost every year. I just wanna do a start-up after completion of my course and getting my degree.
