Entrance Preview :

The private college's exams I appeared for amongst all of them MIT was the best that's why I chose this college. One of my cousins studied at MIT and I took his guidance whether to take admission in this college on which he shared his experience with me.

Course Curriculum Overview :

The course curriculum is very particular. The subjects have proper credits given so that competition of course is focussed at that particular time. Lecturers and professors look forward to maintaining the pace of learning. Blackboards, as well as ppts, were used.

Internships Opportunities :

Yes. In 7th semester during the placement, many companies visit the campus for internship offers as well as P+I or P offers. The min stipend I came across was 10000 and max is above 20000 as per my knowledge and experience overall is great.

Placement Experience :

Placements for Computer IT and electronics electrical mech civil are good. Civil has limited opportunities as not many civil firms visit the .college. But many students get placed in other business firms. You need to perform well in all semesters for getting eligible for the companies.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

Yes good scholarship / loan facility are offered by the college. Various banks provide loans for education purpose.

Campus Life :

Campus life is very chilling and relaxing. The campus is really beautiful and people in manipal are really good and helping. There is no such discrimination against gender. All are treated equally. Extracurricular activities are great. Technical clubs dramatic clubs, debate everything are there.

Hostel Facilities :

Hostels in Manipal are best in India. You can make a search for it. Mess facilities are good too. Very hygenic.Various other mess facilities are there inside the college campus like Sindhi and Rajasthani mess. Apoorva mess etc. South Indian, as well as north Indian food, are provided in both the mess

External Expense : Rs.4000 - Rs.7000

Alumni/Alumna :

Everyone studying in manipal is helpful. Or the faculties are there who help students anytime. So its not a big issue.

Exam Structure :

100 marks for each subject. 50marks final end sem paper 15 marks 2 sessionals each that is 30 marks And 20 marks are class assignments. Assignments are either class tests of 4 marks or 5 marks or sometimes presentation related to that particular subject.

Admission :

MU-OET is the entrance test. After the results and ranks are declared according to your rank counselling sessions are conducted in the college campuses and at the time your rank comes which ever branches have seats you can select them. If you have to upgrade your branch to any other you have to pay extra money for it and wait untill it is declared.

Faculty :

Lecturers and professors look forward to maintain the pace of learning. Assignments are conducted by the lecturers so that students can study whatever is taught on regular basis. Faculties make use of blackboard as well as ppts for making the students understand properly.

A good college for only study

Placement Experience:

Placements are good enough for IT fields and you will get a decent amount of package. But if you want core placements we may get a few companies with few jobs so you should be competitive enough to crack these. Last year our college got the highest package of 52LPA. An average package is around 7.5 LPA.

Life at NMIT

Placement Experience:

From 3rd year that means 5th-semester students can be eligible to get placements in the college. IBM, TCS, AMAZON, etc. big companies visited our college for placements. Our college infrastructure is not good compared to other colleges in Davanagere city. However, the classrooms are very good, and projectors are available in all classrooms. Labs are very good. Hostel facilities are good, but the fee is more compared to other colleges

there are no raging so you fill free and no one distribute you while you are studying. normally in our hostel 6-8 pm is a study time then 8'o clock dinner is started after you finish your dinner you can go for roaming in our college campus. after 9'o clock hostel get will be close so all student have to come to hostel on time and again 10'o clock study time start.
