Very good faculty, They professors are very cooperative. They help us in every aspect and they have very good knowledge on that subject.
Thing I will say that the neatness of our college. Very well maintained college with very neat and clean classroom and toilets as well

Dislikes

Placements are very bad in our college. The students are not getting hired by top MCs companies
2nd reason is that the minimum attendance for a semester is 80 which is very high for an engineering student

Course Curriculum Overview :

Well I have choosen computer science becoz I have interest in computer organisation and in coding part.In recent times the coding is the most important part of engineering.if uh don't know coding then no one will give a single penny.you must have epitome of knowledge on coding . I think that there are few subjects like BIOLOGY , MECHANICAL, ELECTRICAL,ETC they r not the part of my course.I think that should be given less importance.

Class Size : 66Course Fees : INR 150000 per year

Placement Experience :

The placement is very bad as compared to KIIT.Companies are coming to our college.But the hiring is very less.For further knowledge about placements you can prefer our college websites. The highest package as per 2023 is 28 lpa Lowest is around 2.5 lpa

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

Talking about the fees ,the current fees of our college is(Tuition fees) 1,75,000/- per year .For hostel fees u can check in our website .As I am localite I can't help uh .But I can tell uh that the buses availability is free for everyone.Well the college doesn't provide any scholarship.However uh can apply on ossp portal and nsp portal respectively

Campus Life :

Very small campus and infrastructure. Annual fest is not that much good (ZYGON AND RHYTHMNOVA)these two are the main annual fest.There are so many clubs in our clg -META,QUIZ CLUB ,SAMPARAN,ETC.IN sports also we have a playground for football,2 basketball courts ,2 badminton courts ,gym ,Table tennis etc

Admission :

Well ,in 10th and 12th,60-65% will be the criteria and in jee main you have to score 80+ percentile to get a seat in computer science and engineering For the application process, you have to apply it on OJEE website and u have to lock on the courses that u want to pursue. Well,there will be reservation benefits for backward categories. Your rank will be decided as per the jee rank.No need to give OJEE.However if u r lateral entry student,then u have to give ojee exams... The course in our college is well structured covering all parts of the course that u r pursuing.However there are some few subjects that are not important but u have to study as it is a part of AICTE

According to seniors , placements are good and decent comparing to other nits . After 6 semester , company are hiring for placements . Many companies has visited more than enough . Highest package I seen in 23 is 1.12 CR in rubrik from senior . My plans after degree is doing sde job at company.

KIIT- The Real Truth Of College

Course Curriculum Overview:

Course curriculum is similar to all the colleges. but the extra curricular facilities provided by the college, differen societies present in differen domain will help you in growing your skills and knowledge in your sector. College keep organising tech fest, alumini meet, and global awareness meeting to keep the students up to date with present world. Course curriculum can be improved, I personally think, many new elective subjects are added which are not beneficial for my stream CSE.And the attendace is very compulsury for getting ood marks. Smart Boards and White Board teaching ares used which depends on teacher's choice. There is normally two exams in a semester , midsem of 20 marks in time 1hr 30 min, and endsem exam of 50 marks in 3 hr, and the rest marks depend on subject faculty. Mostly examination level is normal , if you are good student you can cover the syllabus in 1 week before exam.

Good facilities that needs to be grabbed.

Placement Experience:

The placement scenario for now it not that good. There is regression going on so the companies aren't taking that many students. From the 3rd year you are eligible for placements. 450 companies came this year for placements making 5200 job offers. The highest placement this year was 63 lacs by Yugabyte. Average CTC is 8.5 lacs in all streams. Mass recruiters like Accenture, Cognizant, Capgemini, Mindtree, Bosch, Ericsson, IBM etc. Many other notable companies that visited are Bain & Company, CME group, DE shaw & co, JP Morgan Chase etc. According to kiit website, 90% students are placed. 2100 students also got internships via capstone route. My plans after getting the degree is to do a job for some years and then after getting some experience I want to do a startup.
