Likes

I liked the fee structure and the extra curricular activities.
I liked the Sports and games held in the college..

Dislikes

I did not like the faculty members attitude towards education.
I did not like the politics in the college campus.

Course Curriculum Overview :

Not useful at all. It did not prepare students for real world problems. Teachers work there best but as it is a govt collage what can you expect more. Teachers are on the leave most of the time. Exams held after every 6 months (semester).

Class Size : 60Course Fees : INR 7000 per year

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

Fee structure: You pay almost 2000-4000 rs yearly as an admission fee and exam fee were taken for every semester which is almost 2000-3000rs. There were total 6 semesters which means total of 22000-27000. Scholarship I don't think were available to students.

Campus Life :

Annual festivals were held in collage. Seminars were held in every 3-4 months. Library was filled with knowledge, but the problem is that books were old and outdated. You can not find the recent research based data in those books. Sports were taken in much consideration and tournaments were held frequently.

Admission :

Admission process/ elegibility- Based on 12th class percentage. In collage you can find the admission form and all other details. Reservation in elegibility for SC/ST/ OBC/ EWS. Exams are held semester wise. Improvement- Admission process should also be online.

DSVV Where Dream Turns into reality.

Placement Experience:

Students were eligible for campus placement in their last semester. Companies such as Wipro, Mankind, and Cipla came to our college for placement. The highest package that a student got was 8 Lakhs Per Annum. Atleast 40% of students were placed. I had an interest in sports so I went for a higher degree.

Best college for haridwar students

My course is bsc computer science. The main reason behind taking this course is for my love of coding. I like computer coding very much but also I don't like chemistry that much. So it was an easy choice for me.

Doon university: a platform for academic and personal growth

Placement Experience:

In 2023 , 75 undergraduate and 80 postgraduate students were placed. The median package for UG (3 year) was INR 6LPA, for UG( 4year ) it was INR 5LPA , and for PG ( 2 year) it was INR 6.50 LPA. Top recruiters include Amazon, Infosys, SAGE, LBF, Policy bazaar, Royal Bank of Scotland, and more. The highest package was around INR 8 LPA, and the lowest was around 3 LPA.

This course is beneficial in two ways either you can go for higher studies and become a teacher or professor or we can go for government job exams. if proper time and mind are given in subjects then they seem to be easy and interesting. Placement Experience:

The college provides many placement opportunities to the students. But usually if the student sat for the placement once, they the not given the chance again. Many well known companies like Deollite, zscaler, DE Shaw&Co, PayPal, volvo, CERN, Morgan Stanley, Vyon International, BNY MELLON, Nasdaq visited this year. 1436 UG and 415 PG candidates got placed and the median package offered is INR 7.45 LPA and INR 7.5 LPA, respectively. The highest package this year was 50.91 by google. And the median package is 6 LPA. The average package in bsc IT was 3.4 LPA. 95% students got placed last year. I plan to sit for the placement and pursue masters along with it.

Well i opted this course cause i know it will bloom in future Medical Microbiology is a great course to go for if you have interest in microrganisms The faculty in my college for this coure is okay The teachers teach us quite good They even don't the date when there will be exams They give us date 2 day prior And even more in my last exam my teacher told me the sallybus a day prior to my exams And the college takes so much time to conducts exams
