Course Curriculum Overview :

This a variety course because some college has only this course.Our faculties are highly qualified. Most of them are PhD holders.Exama are conducted by the Ktu patterns.Dome of the faculties are retired from indian navy

Class Size : 60Course Fees : INR 140000 per year

Internships Opportunities :

Internship opportunities are available in like Cochin shipyardin cohin ,Hindustan shipyard in Vishakapatnam and Goa shipyard etc.Naval architect includes project management,design of ships.stiphent upto 10000 per month

Placement Experience :

In eighrh semester placements are starting.All passed students will get placement.The average package is 5 lakhs per year.cyber marine knowledge private systems and aries marine are the most recruiting companies.If you interest in naval architecture you can available m tech courses in high colleges

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

General merit almost fees is about 1.4 lakhs per year.Management and merit have 2-5 thousand extra.If your merit seat have sc st oec benefits you have lower fees and you can also get e grants scholarship.

Campus Life :

In our college only one annual fest in a year.All books wanted are available in library.Our sports team is good.We have best football team.so many clubs are in the college for extracurricular activities.

Hostel Facilities :

Hostel accommodation is very good .In a room there are four students each student have a bed.Hostel foods are very good.3/week non veg are available including biriani etc.Hostel fees are around 5000 per month.(In a month 2000 for rent and 130/day food)

Hostel Fee : INR 60000 per year

Admission :

Eligibility of the course is must have class 12 passed with PCM. The merit seat is based on KEAM entrance exam.50 %seats are merit.If you are a sc,st or oec students you want only law fees per year.Also hostel fees is reduced.Admission process are very easy.Fill your all details,documents and pay the fees

NIT Cailcut-The Good,Bad and the Ugly

Placement Experience:

Students can apply for campus placements by the beginning of the 4th year.High paying companies are attracted by the placement cell which offer good packages to the students. The average packages for the circuital branch are pretty high. Each year about 200 companies are invited. The highest package for Electrical and Electronics has gone upto 38LPA with average package of about 14LPA in the graduation year 2024.About 128 students had registered out of which 120 students were placed.The minimum salary offered was 5LPA.

Is engineering here worth it?

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible from 7th semester to sit for interviews. The pod.ai app helps us in making the resume and calculating a cgpa to appear for the intwrviews. The pod.ai registration fees is 500?. Companies such as nissan,infosys,commandtech,bimlabs,gulfasia etc has visited . And the highest package was 11 LPA and lowest was 3 LPA
