The campus life is very good and the peer group created is the biggest x factor in an iit life.
The campus placements and internship opportunities are very good and encouraging.

The attendance system of having a minimum of 75 percent attendance.
The large campus often becomes exhausting.

Course Curriculum Overview :

Because of its booming future in the field of electronic vehicles. Faculty to student ratio is just average. It's not very good. All the faculties are highly educated and qualified. 2 exams are held every semester and they are all relative so quite competitive.

Class Size : 90Course Fees : INR 200000 per year

Internships Opportunities :

A large number of companies visit the campus to provide internships. The large companies include Microsoft, apple, Goldman Sachs, Mackenzie, samsung, Google,and many more. A large number of startups also provide internships. The companies check tasks and projects performed by the students in their btech tenure .

Placement Experience :

Students become eligible for campus placements from the 7th semester onwards. A large number of companies visit the campus for placements which includes a large number of MNCs . Highest package for the 2023-2024 session was about 16900000 lpa. Average package is about 2500000 lpa for ece branch. A large percentage of students get placed making the placements decent.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

Total fees including hostel and mess charges for a general student is about 150000 per semester. For economically weaker sections the tuition fees are reduced. They are also given a merit cum mean scholarship. Internship provides ppo with a fixed stipened

Campus Life :

Annual fest named spring fest is held in the month of January- February and the tech fest named kshitij is held in the month of January. The central library is huge and the digital library is the largest in Asia. Classrooms are highly eqiped for both manual and digital education. All facilities for almost every sport is available. The number of social groups are almost innumerable.

Hostel Facilities :

Room is based on a triple sharing fashion with each student getting a fan,table,chair,bed, tubelight and LAN. Meals are decent with proper variety of food provided. Hostels are affordable with respect to the facilities provided. No need to rent a pg or a room

Hostel Fee : INR 100000 per year

Admission :

Admission is through the JEE advanced exam. All students who clear jee mains are eligible for the exam. All details regarding admission are on the josaa website. Reservations are provided as per the government rules. The 75% criteria should be removed from the admission process.

Review of IEM Kolkata, a strict Engineering College.

Placement Experience:

The students are eligible for the placements after the sixth semester. The companies that generally visit us for placements are TCS, Infosys, Cognizant, Accenture, Wipro, Oracle, IBM and some other ones. The highest package offered through last years is 22 Lacs Per Annum and on average it is 4-5 LPA. 90% students on average get placed Every year. My plans after getting the Degree is to pursue Freelancing Full Time and Become a Web Designer.

Good Placements

Placement Experience:

We become eligible from the later part of the third year to sit for the placements as the companies arrive then. Mainly placements are dependent on service-based companies like TCS, CTS, Wipro e.t.c. who mass recruits a whole lot of students with standard 3.5 to 4 LPA packages. Product-based companies like Oracle, Amazon, and trilogy too visited the campus. Oracle recruited a few of the candidates, Amazon too but nobody could clear the trilogy's OA rounds. Oracle offered a package of 15lpa and Amazon around 22 LPA. But a lot of students applied off campus and the highest placement off campus was 72 LPA in Google. The placement percentage is nearly 100% which is mainly due to the fact of service-based companies. I too am interested in IT jobs so am preparing for the same.

Seeing stcet again through my eyes

Placement Experience:

Students from the 4th-year 7th semester onwards become eligible for all sorts of campus recruitments. Cognizant technology solutions are the principal recruiter. Other companies which used to come during this time include Infosys, Odesha technologies, itc infotech, and others. All these companies generally take many students from our campus. During our time around 88% of students got selected from our batch. Out of which many students got double job offers from cognizant and Infosys. Some got job offers in sonodyne, Vodafone, and other companies. The highest package was offered by cognizant which was about 6 lakhs per annum. An average package of 3.5 lakhs per annum was offered by Infosys followed by itc infotech which offered roughly 4 lakhs per annum. After getting the degree I will pursue Ms maybe or maybe I can opt for MBA too. Also, I can sit for ies exam. Let's see what happens.

talking about few things. the quality of teaching delivered, educational technology available, facility provided at campus, placement records, location of the college, living environment around college. none of these are suitable or habitable. I may surely not advise anyone to get admitted in this college.
