I like the atmosphere of college because it is situated at almora district in uttrakhand.
I like the infrastructure of college and the avalavity of labs .

The maintainance of infrastructure is not proper.
The caring of playgrounds and college properties are not good.

Course Curriculum Overview :

My ultimate goal is to became an engineer so i did this course.The faculty members are very nice and highly qualified in various IITs and NITs .Faculty and student ratio is 5:1.college conduct the exam on time .It is not very difficult to pass the exam if we studied hard

Class Size : 60Course Fees : INR 400000 per year

Placement Experience :

Many of companies comes in our college for placement. The companies conduct many of exams and many of apptitude test .Minimum 10 percent of class student get the job in campus placement and other student give off campus interview .

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

The fees structure of college was fixed approx 70,000 per year . Their is one scholarship in college that is 10% scholarship . Only 10% student who scored best Cgpa in exam got the scholarship. Many company visit college for giving job opportunities .

Campus Life :

There is a annual fest called SCINTILLA. This fest was organized every year in month of march april. There are also many of clulbs in the college. Availibility of books in library is very good many of books of diffrent authors are present their .

Admission :

To apply for B tech the applicant must must pass their 10+2 or equivalent exam with a minimum of 50 percent marks form a recognized institution.They must have majored in Mathematics,Physics and Chemistry in high school.

Honest review on GBPUAT

Placement Experience:

Eligibility for Placement is semester 7 and 8 which is 4th year. A number of companies visit the campus including HCL foundation, ICICI Bank, Mother Dairy, Godrej agrovet Ltd. Etc. I myself am thinking of going into research field so i'll have to do further studies in the same field.

Placement Experience:

The placement shows quantity but not quality, in my batch 60-70% students were placed with a highest package of 5lakh per annum and minimum package of 2.4 lakh. As per fees of college the average package seems low.

This college has quite good placements for CS students. The average package of the college is 7 lpa which is quite decent. Last year the highest package offered was of 68 lpa at Palo Alto. Remarks:

I chose this college women institute of technology which is in Dehradun because it is the only government College which is for girls and it gives them technical knowledge. The college is funded by many government schemes which are very beneficial for us. We have different seminars winners from course in other things also to increase our soft skills as well as other skills. Hair in my 4 year experience I have learnt a lot a lot of things. We get free coaching for MTech i.e GATE classes and other employability training programs and that too free of cost.
