Course Curriculum Overview :

I'm from Ramakrishna mission family. I dis my secondary and higher secondary from Ramakrishna mission. I like it's ideology. In this year the tario is 7: 21 means 3 students to 1 teachers. No midsem exam, only end sem exam.

Class Size : 21Course Fees : INR 72000 per year

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

Cost to study is excellent. All annual fees 8s about 72 K including hostel fees. You can avail govt scholarship. Like svmcm, nsp, oasis etc. If you request the authority they may consider you as per your requirement.

Campus Life :

Annual fest is Vidyarthi brata, sarod sommelon etc. here's a central library, easy to access like open access Library.we have annual sports including games like football, vollyball, Cricket, table tennis. We run a photography club. We have also a alumni club.

Admission :

Eligibility of the course is 70 percentage in maths in boards. Application form is available on vidyamandira website on specified time limit. Reservations are as government rules. Here's a process of interview during admission of 50 marks.you have to clear the both test .

The Course curriculum & faculty members are quite good, 1st of all I have preferred Bsc Biotech because of my extreme interest in genetic engineering & upcoming situations of Covid 19. Also, this subject has a possibility for a Blooming future in the upcoming days of the Pandemic/epidemic. The Faculty in This college is quite good & The laboratory benefits & materials are also Supportive & workable, This college provides one of the oldest Biotech labs in West Bengal. The student ratio is also balanced. Saying about Qualification of the faculty, The Professors have atleast 6-10 yrs of teaching exp and research performs in their career, they are all friendly & supportive and helps us to explore more in this subject The term exams are Moderate & have standard questions.

This college still today stands to be among the first choice of every student in the hooghly district and 2nd in the Burdwan University. The only negative part is that this college has a very high political presence in the campus. Though the present government said that they oppose such strong political holds in colleges but still this words has not been kept.
